Signed contract in April. They promised a mid-May to June start. Project didnâ t begin until September. Work done was excellent but I felt they werenâ t truthful about the real start time.

I HIGHLY recommend Renew It Decks! I loved how professional Mike was every day that he came to our home, to build us a new AWESOME new porch. Each day I was amazed at the above and beyond steps that were taken in building the porch. There is no doubt, the porch will hold up for many, many, many years to come. I canâ t emphasize enough how wonderful this company and their staff were to work with!

Renew It Decks may have spoiled me forever. They were polite, timely, efficient, and the entire project turned out much better than I anticipated or even hoped for. My team was Keever and Jimmy, who were both meticulous and communicative. I canâ t imagine having another group so good ever again. Itâ s almost like my house needs to be rebuilt to match the quality and workmanship of the porch.

Excellent job with attention to structural features (we needed multiple new footings) and deck detail. Very pleasant and accommodative workers. A little pricey as everything appears to be these daysâ  but worth it for an outstanding job.

We could not be happier with our new deck. Renew it Decks redid our second story deck off our master bedroom. In addition to the Decorator decking and railing system, they also installed the Rain Escape System and Infratech heaters which allows us to sit underneath it when itâ s rainy and chilly. It has allowed us to considerably extend our time outside. The whole team at Renew it were responsive to our needs from the beginning to the end of the project. Ethan and Chris were a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, professional, friendly, and extremely skilled in their craftsmanship. We were particularly pleased with their attention to details; going beyond simply installing but rather making sure everything was perfect. They even cleaned up every evening and left the work area spotless. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Renew it Decks. They will be the company we reach out to for future projects.

Renew it Decks & Outdoor Living designed and installed our deck in the fall of 2023. They worked with us very well on the design. We had a small mix up on decking color, but they corrected it. It was great working Dustin in sales. Tavis did a great job designing our deck. Joe was our project manager and was very easy to work with, he answered questions immediately and was on top of the project. Keaver and Jerry did a wonderful job on the deck installation. The job site was cleaned daily. When we had weather issues they worked a Saturday to stay on schedule. This company is a well oiled machine. Materials were dropped on the job site as needed. If you need a deck built it is great to work with a company that specializes in deck design and build.

I had a great experience working with Renew It Decks to build our new deck. Their entire process from quoting the work to the completion of the job was very structured, resulting in no surprises. Their small crew (many days consisting of just one person) worked safely, cleaned up everything very well at the end of each day and respected the property throughout the construction process. Our new deck looks fantastic. I highly recommend Renew It Decks.

A few years ago, I had hired the wrong company to replace the railings on my back deck. ReNew it came in and redid everything, giving me a sturdy, beautiful deck. This year I really had no plans for the front side of the deck. But when the old wood railings were removed to put in a new step, they were rotted on the bottom. Winter was coming, I needed railings, so I called Dustin from Renew it to once again come to the rescue. Dustin and Joe helped me make a plan. Then Dave and his crew came. It rained, it snowed, it froze, but Dave kept going. Until he had my beautiful Trex and glass railings installed in time for me to get the outdoor Christmas lights up. The railings make the whole house look new; I really love the way it looks. Thanks guys.

Just wanted to express our thanks and appreciation for the excellent job that was done on our deck renovation. You were very easy to work with and accommodated our every need. You worked with us on changes and kept costs within reason. Further, we can't say enough about David and YG. David is very accommodating to the client while keeping management abreast of changes and any issues that came up during the re-decking process. David is a top craftsman in his field, a real tradesman and perfectionist. He worked with us on any issue we had and we can't say enough about his work ethic. A real professional. Sorry we don't have another deck to redo, but will be happy to recommend ReNew it to any of our friends and neighbors.

Everyone was very pleasant to work with. The deck took longer to complete than expected, but we really appreciated that their crew took the time to do everything right and make sure it was correct vs. trying to hurry things just to stay on schedule. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, our experience with ReNewIt has been an absolute pleasure. The way Dustin (Sales) listened to our needs and desires to he and Joe (Project Manager)quickly putting together a proposal/estimate then sitting with us to go everything was above and beyond. Any calls we made with questions or changes were answered or returned very quickly. Joe's calls or on-site visits, to check on status, were always welcomed and appreciated. And then there are the installers, Dana and Anthony. No more knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous professionals could have been hoped for. The pride in their work is evident in the beautiful, solid deck they have given us. From pulling the first nail of our old 1300 sqft wrap around deck to packing out the last scrap of debris took 3 weeks, exactly what we were told. Generally working 12-hour days, these gentlemen seemed tireless in their work. And throughout it all, Dana and Anthony kept us fully informed of what was happening and made us feel confident with their positive attitude. Would I recommend ReNewIt Decks, in a heartbeat.

They did a fantastic job on rebuilding our deck. It turned out beautiful. It was very professional done. Would recommend them to anyone.

Plans were clear and very detailed re materials and construction of new deck and new composite rails and decking on existing deck. Company representative did a fine job explaining process and getting back to me on any questions. All employees were extremely hard working and personable. Long hours took place and project was completed in short order. I was very impressed with fit and finish of final project. Our new decks have become a very livable extension of our existing home. We both could not be happier with the finished projects.

Wow, now thatâ s a deck! We needed to replace an undersized deck on our newly acquired home. After talking with a few contractors, we met the Renew It team. They did a great job of explaining options and offering design alternatives. After kicking ideas back and forth, we had a design. When it came time for actual construction, Renew It said it would take two weeks. That was double our estimateâ ¦but we soon found out why. Their design and construction details are suburb. The deck is remarkably well-built and solid. Best of all, the style, fit/finish and attention to detail are exceptional. Tavis and David are to be commended for their work! We look forward to spring weather so we can enjoy grilling, dining, relaxing and more on our deck. Renew It has delivered us a very solid and attractive deck that adds value to our home!

Renew it Decks just finished up our amazing decks and we couldnâ t be happier. We knew they were busy and that we would have to wait a little bit until they got to our project, but it was definitely worth the wait. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process, from the initial presentation from Dustin and then every other time they came out in preparation of beginning the project. And the 2-man demo and installation crew of Nolan and Nathan were unbelievable; I have never witnessed 2 guys work harder than these 2 did. Not only were they there every day from basically sunup to sundown, but they even offered to work a weekend to keep the project moving along at a rapid pace. We have had our fair share of contractors working inside and outside of our house over the years and these guys were head and shoulders above anyone else that we have hired. The final cost came in exactly what they had bid, and they finished it in less time than they told us it would take. If you choose Renew it Decks you will not be disappointed. Renew It Decks did an amazing job converting our old deck that was not safe and/or usable to a beautiful deck that we will be able to use and enjoy for many many years. The whole process was simple and they did all the leg work. We just got to pick out the colors and style of the decking along with final approval of the design! We highly recommend them for any deck work!
