 + -1 moreWe had seen an ad by them and then we looked him up on Angie's list. Their price was within our budget. What I really liked, was that when we called for the estimate, he was very prompt and professional, and gave us good ideas about the deck, and he got the estimate together within a week. He was willing to communicated with us and give us options if he got into any difficulty. We chose him because he came out and gave us a bid and went over the bid with us. The work is very beautiful and excellent and his communication was very good. His pricing was competitive.
Description of Work: We used Schmidke Builders & Contracting. They re-built our outdoor deck, put in new railing, and re-built the stairs to go to the deck.
