Owner Mike Kelly's response was prompt, coming to my home to discuss both exterior and interior updates. Within a week he provided a written proposal and provided samples from which to choose materials and colors. Mike kept me updated periodically as to when he could begin work on my project. Once started Mike and his crew completed the project in 5 1/2 days. Mike and his crew show attention to detail and were meticulous in cleaning up the site at the end of each work day. I could not be happier with the results - The home looks like it was just built and the results are stunning!

Michael Kelley provided us with a very detailed estimate including materials budgets and scope of work. He was very detailed and experienced without a doubt. Because of our landscape and previous owner updates we were not even sure this project could be attempted. Cornerstone spent an enormous amount of time and perpetration making this project become a reality. Once work began we were amazed at how fast and well mike and his crew worked together. They were all very polite, funny and clearly enjoyed working for mike and together. This was our 3rd project using cornerstone. Like the previous kitchen remodel and roofing replacement, they were on time and under budget. We were provided with daily updates and were very involved in several changes recommended to save us money and maximize functionality. In all we are again amazed with the end result. Our 3 seasons room is beautifully and better than we could have imagined. We have referred cornerstone to several neighbors and have all been happy with their workmanship. They all stop by every time we have them work for us to say hello and meet the guys again. If ever there were a company that meets or exceeds your expectations, these guys are it. They have become like second family. Hire hire hire !!!

The entire experience went well--from timely response for estimate, to end of job. Mr. Kelly explained differences in roofing materials and reasons he considered the product he recommended. Was prompt to answer all my questions.

Business owner Mike Kelley promptly provided estimate. Work was to take 1 week and begin in "3-4 weeks" but actually started in 7 weeks. Reason given was work overload due to bad storm that damaged many homes and businesses in our area. Once started, work took 6 days. Crew was polite and seemed efficient. Daily cleanup was reasonable. Overall quality was very good. I am a "picky" person with an eye for detail, and there are a couple of minor things I wish were done differently, but nothing serious. These were on the last items completed and I think they were rushing a little to complete the job on the last day. Price paid was according to estimate, no surprises. I'm not an easy person to please, so I feel the job went very well.
