Description of Work: He inspected a cottage we were purchasing. He went up and beyond. He also inspected our septic system for an additional fee, all of it was worth it! He was kind, knowledgable, helpful and told us we could call anytime. A true "up north" feel and wonderful person to deal with.

+ 0 moreInspector showed up early (how often does that happen), was very thorough. Took pictures, climbed on the roof (in 20 to 30 mile an hour winds), dug in the ground, took samples and we got the report the same day. What a great experience
Description of Work: I can't say enough good things about the inspector and the whole process. They were efficient, super personable, quick to respond to any questions. There is no reason to have anyone else do an inspection for you. There cant be a better company out there. Thanks again for your great work.....If anyone watches the DYI net work and knows who the inspection Mike Holms is, he has a saying if you cant do it right do something else for a living.....well these people are in the right business.
