+ -1 moreI was told by another tech that I had a crack. He comes out and I tell him, if you could check behind another service tech who was out here earlier. He said he couldn't take off the door because something might drop unless he could charge me for a service call.

Description of Work: They found a hole in the heat exchange that caused carbon monoxide.
