The work that was done was pretty amazing. Trying to manage a project during COVID was not easy, but the end result was more than what we imagined it could be. Thatâ s how it should be! Iâ d hire them again for any future projects. Also referred to a neighbor who was also very happy with the results.

My new bathroom has been seen by all my neighbors and generally got good reactions. I was so happy to finally have a soaking tub I neglected to notice that I never received, nor got installed, a towel bar in the tub area. I tried to read my copy of the order, but it is a carbon copy and so blurry I couldn't read it. I don't even know if I would like one, but I would have liked to have chosen my response. While the crew was working (and they were very good) one of them asked where to place the bar, and then it never happened. I wish I had noticed the absence before the guys left.

We got a great bathroom and a new kitchen window. They were wonderful to work with and so professional. We got other bids on the job and got the best price from them. They did a fantastic job.

I have nothing but good things to say about the team. They redid my bathroom from the studs up. Iâ d hiring them in a minute for ANY job. The guys that came out were efficient, on time, gave suggestions, worked hard, cleaned up everything. professionals all the way! Worth the wait.

Larry and Dan D. were very professional. Job was done right. We had master bath remodeled. It looks great! Minor complaint would be the amount of time it took for the project to be started... 5 months from sign up to beginning of install. So, plan accordingly.

In giving our dated bathroom a facelift, we chose Home Pro USA to install a new window, floor, and tub/shower walls. Home Pro USA put the new floor and walls over the existing floor and walls. We purchased the hardware of our choosing and Mike kindly installed them. The finished project looks great. A couple small touch ups required a follow up visit, but they were quick to get someone to our home to resolve those concerns. Overall a good experience from start to finish.

Working with a family owned business, not only brings you great work but you receive honesty and a great working relationship. I am so impressed with their professionalism and quality of work, I am currently working on my next project.

Very pleased with the whole experience! From sales to service to installation, Larry, John and Mike were awesome. They came out to Port Austin, on time and were very professional. Cleaned up as they worked and very meticulous as they installed the windows and doors!! They were great guys to have in our home. We would definitely recommend Window Plus to anyone who needs windows or doors!

We had a fantastic experience with Home Pro USA!! We hired them to replace all our windows and sliding glass door and install vinyl siding. They quickly composed a very detailed estimate. When the crew came out to work, they were very respectful and efficient. We had a couple special requests and they happily accommodated us. We INSTANTLY noticed a difference with the new windows. Heat used to radiate off our old windows... not with Home Proâ s windows. We have direct sunlight all throughout the evening hours, and now we can keep our blinds open and enjoy the natural light without worrying about the house heating up. Home Pro left the house and yard nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this company!

We are very satisfied with this company! They were able to squeeze us in for a bathroom remodel about a month before they originally estimated. They finished the work in three days. Our home has a 1950s bathroom that had ugly pink floor tile and burgundy wall tile that covered most of the bathroom. They removed all of it and installed a new tub with stone walls, new flooring, and drywall on the other walls. They do not mud and tape drywall, so we had to do that on our own once they finished. The quotes we got from other companies were 2-3X more expensive. We are very satisfied with their work! Thanks HOMEPROUSA!

We had a bathtub/shower combo removed and a new stone shower with plumbing, glass door, and shelving installed. Overall the process was very smooth. Everything was on time from the consultation meeting in home to the install. Consultation with multiple options to go over for the shower walls, doors, fixtures. Does take about 1-2 months to get materials since it is all custom which was not a problem for us. Able to complete the job in 2 days. Great finished product. Did end up having to cut the back middle piece in half due to our stairs curves but went over all the options with us before. Shower has been up for almost a week and we love it! Overall would hire again.

Work has not been started yet. Scheduling has been delayed due to Covid issues, We hope to get the repairs started as soon as possible. The estimate was reasonable. The samples look good. Larry was very knowledgeable, and courteous. Now we just have to wait before commenting on the work itself.

This company did a suburb job of replacing all of windows back in 2009 so we went back to them in 2020. We referred them to our daughter who had several windows replaced in their house. Larry Janes set us with a great doorwall replacement this time. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. They are top quality company.

Very professional , tarps were laid down throughout the house to protect my carpet as the bathroom was upstairs . The tub and pro stone one-piece surround looks beautiful, no more having to clean grout lines.
