+ -1 moreNever heard from him again until I called, and then confessed it was a big job. I stated he should have said he wasn't interested in it, instead of telling me he would be back. He offered to come back to my home stating he could do the work, which I then declined. If he cannot tell a customer that the job is too big, or it should do this in phases, as well as not show up when he said he would, this is not someone I would recommend to anyone. His work might be okay, but if not, good luck getting this guy come back to fix it properly. This type of behavior is extremely unprofessional, and perhaps a tell tale sign of the work ethic and quality of work.
Description of Work: Provider came to my home, and I told him I had a lot of work to be done. When we were finished walking through what needed to be done, he agreed that he should have brought with him paper and a pen. He then said he needed to come back in two days to walk through it all again and write it all down for an estimate.

When he first came out to my home for the initial estimate, out of the 3 electricians that I had out for an estimate, he was the only one that opened the electrical panel and he had the most reasonable and fairest price of them all. On the day of the repair, he and his cure came in and did the work and was on their way.
Description of Work: Brain came out and fixed the violations that the city of Warren found with the electrical in my home.

Description of Work: My husband called the owner up and he walked my husband through what to do because it was such a simple fix. I thought it was very nice of him to be so considerate to do something like this. He knew the fix would be cheaper then somebody coming out and having to be charged a service call on top of parts and labor. I liked how honest he was with my husband.
