The garage door dropped with a boom and we thought the springs were broken. He came out and checked it out for us and found that it was fine, just a little off balance. He reconnected it and didn't charge us a penny. He said it was a free estimate. Thanks so much Bob. We would refer you to everyone we know! Your an honest contractor and a pleasure to work with.

I had originally contacted a large garage door company and requested an estimate for spring replacement. The gentleman came out the following day and explained to me they do not have those springs available any longer and went into the new door and went as far as asking for color and style I wanted to purchase. I dismissed him, explaining that I would continue to shop. My next call was to B Door. Bob came out and explained the door was in excellent condition and could order the springs. He did so and a few days later, the door was back in operation. He was honest and I appreciated that.

Derek went over and beyond. He took the time to explain what was done incorrectly, with the previous spring replacement. B Door provided a 5 year warrantly on the springs. I will use them again.

Garage door spring broke. After searching Angie's list I found B-Door. They had execellent ratigns and were close to where I live. Thier price was competative. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job quickly. They were professional. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent experience. He told us how much it would cost upfront, showed up when he said he was going to, completed the work in a timely manner and was courteous.

One of the two garage door springs broke. I found B Door from Anjie's list and gave them a call. Bob came in and removed the old springs. He did some measurement and also asked me whether I would like to install the longest lasting springs. I said yes. He checked all springs he had in his truck and he did not find the type that matches my garage and request. He told me that he would get the right springs and Derek would come to install it. Derek came in the next day and the springs were installed and work fine from then. It was great that Bob and Derek took the time to make sure the right springs were installed.

Better than expected. Job was done quickly and correctly and the clean-up was exceptional. Estimate, and installation was professional all the way. would be happy to recommend to anyone in the market for a garage door or opener. A pleasure to do business with.

I talked to Bob, the owner. The technician came out in the afternoon. He was done fairly quickly. He took the old springs with him so would I not have to deal with the trash. The technician was very professional and courteous. I have a five year guarantee on the springs and 90 days on labor.

It went well. They came the same day I called and when the serviceman arrived, he went to work immediately. My door is oversized (8' X 19") but hehad the parts on hand when he got there. He also adjusted all the moving parts and lubed the whole system. Awesome! Better than when the door was newly installed.

He explained the features of the new opener and cleaned up nicely after he was done. He also pointed out some things that should have been done differently when the original door was installed, but there was no pressure to do any additional work.

I had four contractors bid on this job. B-Door came in with the lowest bid. However, I hired them because of how thorough and patient Bob was in regards to explaining the procedure. Before Bob came out, I was oblivious to how the header needed to be dropped and the importance of a 15" radius track. The crew arrived right on time and had the job finished in the late afternoon. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. I checked on them throughout the day and was impressed with how hard they worked. They repositioned lights on the ceiling to accommodate the openers track. They reattached a light switch to the outlet they'd installed. I was very impressed with how sturdy everything was. The tracks were solid against the jambs. The wood used for the header was clean and hung beautifully. The door opener was centered and hung solidly and cleanly without any wires hanging around. They cleaned up after themselves. Would've never had known they were there. They explained how the opener, keypad and remotes work. They explained the sensors. They explained how the warranties work. The company offers 1 year labor on opener install and 3 years labor and hardware on the door. Perfect job!

A quote was given on the day requested and it was comparable to other companies prices. Requested an installation date about a week later and a date was setup for installation later the same week. They arrived on time and installed the insulated door in about 6 hours. When they were done they cleaned up and left with the old door cleaning up any scrap materials on site. The door looks good and runs better than the old door ever did. Only complaint is that payment must be cash or check. Normally I would pay by credit card to have a method of recourse if a problem arose.

They did a good job; it looks very nice and their price was reasonable.

The service call took about 40 minutes to perform and the technician also showed me how to adjust the sensors if they ever get out of alignment again. Their work is warranted for 90 days.

My garage door opener would no longer operate properly. I shopped at a home supply store for a new door and opener since I thought I needed to replace both door and opener. The supply store could not install a new door for three weeks. I checked ANGIE'S LIST and called three companies I found there. B-Door gave me the best price over the phone so I asked them to come and give me an estimate for a new garage door and opener. Owner Bob Gochanour came to my home, inspected my garage door and opener, stated that my present door was fine and I would only need a new opener. The next day he was able to install the new garage door opener in two hours. It has operated perfectly. I am very pleased with the service and especially the fact that he did not sell me a new door even though I was ready to do so.

Called and give information about problem. Offered to come straight away. Arrived on time and gave estimate of work which he did straight away. Made sure everything was working well and gave 3 month guarantee. Was very helpful and advise was great considering cost of replacement was estimated to be $620.

We called Bob on Monday to inform him that we had chosen his company over three others to install our garage door. They came on Tuesday (next day). WOW what service. The installer was polite, clean, efficient and provided many helpful hints which would allow us to properly maintain our door. I can't believe the great seal we now have at the bottom, as our concrete was not the most even. Our garage stays much cleaner with less chance of critters entering as we have an attached garage.

Called on Sunday morning, and was very willing to help. Said he might be able to save me a service call, and told me how to find the problem and fix myself.

This was perhaps the best experience we have had with a contractor. He was very polite and nice. He did what he said he would and for the agreed upon price. He arrived on time. It is a family owned business and he says he has been doing this for over 20 years. He charged us the minimum charge for this job. He also gave us several options for a new garage door opener, since we need one of those too. If we opt for a new garage door opener, if we buy it ourselves he will install it for $100, or he has "out the door" complete pricing for the opener and labor for $315 for the premium belt drive opener, or $275 for the basic chain drive one. Too bad there doesn't seem to be more contractors like this out there.

On time, did the job, in a timely manner, cleaned up afterwards, went over and beyond.

I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHER COMPANIES IN THE AREA. I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH HOW QUICK THEY WERE.
