+ -1 moreVERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! DO NOT! I REAPEAT DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY" Angelo sent people to my parents home who did not know what they were doing! Older guy teaching younger kid (17-19yrs old) while on the job. Messed up the whole yard!! When my parents asked for Angelo to come out and view the yard before payment instead he called my father and proceeded to call him a N!&&@ repeatedly. After he continued harrasment by sending someone to their home ( he still did not show up) to ask for money. He also texted my father after that calling him a "Jew B******" which he still has in text from Angelo. After that Angelo called and left a VM telling my father he will dump his trash in the yard. I'm upset because my parents have plenty of children and we are just be told this today but rest assure we have reached out to the police.

Description of Work: I used this company for over a year for my lawn care and snow removal. They charged us each week for edging that was rarely done. We never knew for sure from week to week when or if they'd show up, often it was extremely early in the morning and they'd be unnecessarily noisy, used unacceptable language while working (about which I received more than one complaint from my neighbors). It was impossible to get them to close the gate when they were finished no matter how many times I reminded them, even going as far as putting a sign on the gate that I have a dog. They pulled half my gate down with their snow plow while we were out of town and left it on the ground rather reattach it. It then took over a week for me to get them to come and repair it and it still isn't right and has to be partially secured with a rope. The other side was bent so that it won't open properly as well. The only thing they excelled at was knocking on the door asking for payments for their badly done work. And the real kicker is they continued to show up and charge is for a month after we told them we didn't want their services then took us to court for payment for services we didn't want.

+ -1 moreCalled to have front and rear lawn, Aerated. This was to be preformed September 20th 2012 in AM As of 9/22/2012 no one has called or showed up. I have called to voice my disappointment and that their service will not be requested further.

Description of Work: I have used Angelo's lawn service for about 5 years and they have always done a great job! They edge the lawn nicely and it always looks great when they are done. Angelo is also very responsive to special requests and paying attention to areas that need extra work on request.

+ -1 moreI found him on Craig's List. He wanted money for the whole season or per plow. I did not want to send him money and never see him again. So I hired him per plow. He sent me a bill for 7 inches of snow and we only had 1/2 inch that day. A week later we had a snowy, icey mix with no snow and I think he might have messed up the dates. I called to clarify and he never called me back. His price was fair except that he charged me for plus inches on a date we did not have much snow. When I called he never got back. He was very prompt and had 2 guys out there working. They through ice melt down and the driveway was clear. I am satisfied but concerned about the bill. He is much more professional than people I have used in the past, but I wish he would call back. So far he has only been out twice.
Description of Work: Angelo's plowed snow for me.

+ -1 moreThey were power raking and there were two people on the job. The person on the machine was whipping around the property and he was going quickly around the corners and was trying to get done. He hit my newly paved stamped concrete patio and took about 2 and a quarter inches off of it, grounding it down. When they were finished I went out there and saw that the cement had been grounded. He asked what he could do to fix the problem and I asked for him to refund my money. He said that he couldn't do that but he would be happy to fix it himself. I said that I would prefer for him to give me the money so I could have the original company fix it. He left a paper on my door saying he would get me the money but after months went by I still didn't receive anything. I had called and left voicemails and heard nothing back. In September I saw him at a job and told him I had yet to receive my check. He assured me that he had taken care of it in May but he hadn't. He gave me his home phone & cell phone and told me I would get it. I had called him multiple times and he continued to tell me it was in the mail. However, it is now December and I have never received my check.
