+ -1 moreHired Jason to repair roof leak. After 3 tries roof still leaked. He agreed to a partial refund. After 2 weeks and no refund, I talked to Jeff who said refund would be sent in about a week. Still no refund. Jeff did not return subsequent calls. Getting my lawyer involved. Very dissapointed.
Description of Work: Repair leak in catwalk portion of roof.

+ 1 moreJason was professional, thorough and considerate in handling our older home's chimney. He cleaned the entire chimney by hand to preserve the masonry and kept us informed on each step of the process. He even gave us tips on how to better use the fireplace to prevent smoke from escaping into the living room. He is honest and fair and has helped us immensely in understanding how to maintain and preserve our chimney. We have scheduled additional exterior repairs with Jason and look forward to having him back to keep our chimney in great condition. We highly recommend him!
