Jim was very flexible with me in scheduling- we needed to reschedule due to weather. He was on time, and explained thoroughly what the inspection would entail. He pointed out what all he had done afterward, and sent the report to me promptly. He was very patient and prompt in helping me follow the report, and is willing to follow up with us if needed.

Jim was kind and professional. I also like how I have a video of the inspection along with a written transcript.

Jim responded immediately after I submitted the request for an air quality test and was able to go to the house the same day to collect the sample.
