Description of Work: Andy Osburn of NTK Builders did some work for us in 2010 when we remodeled a bathroom, so when we had a pipe burst in our basement, we called Andy to replace installation, wall board, baseboards and install a new bathroom sink, vanity, light and mirror. As soon as the professionals finished with the drying of the basement, Andy came out and began to put the lower level back together. He knew we didn't want to live in a state of disarray for long, and he completed his work quickly and efficiently, even working on a Saturday to finish. His work is top quality and he is an extremely nice guy. When he was finished, I asked him to rework the lighting in three other bathrooms in our house and he was done in half a day. I would highly recommend Andy!
