Tech was great

Installed air conditioner ,coil and furnace . Everything was done on time and correctly. The office staff are very nice when you call them.

Called about 8 months ago for a quote on a new furnace and A/C unit, and all necessary installation. Didn't hear back, but one of their competitors did get back to me, whom I purchased the system and installation from. Three months after having had the system installed, I got a response from Chrome. Seriously? Almost 4 months after calling and leaving a message, I finally get a response?? Now they want me to review their service. Had they gotten back to me, there's a good chance they'd have gotten the job. Won't waste the phone call to them next time.

Installation was done professionally and quickly. Installers were courteous and thorough. It was good to have the furnace working again. Good team.

When my old air conditioner started failing, I knew it was going to be a larger project since it was using a discontinued refrigerant. Since the furnace was roughly the same age, getting everything replaced made the most sense to avoid the likelihood of having to redo a bunch of work in a couple of years. I felt comfortable throughout the process of assessment through installation, with any questions I had being expertly and timely handled.

it was a seamless process from start to finish. much quicker timeline than expected and installation was smooth. I had several questions, and all were answered on the spot with no need to call anyone. Both units, inside and outside, look great and blend in well with the decor. it works well in hot and cold temperatures better than i expected. i am glad i have it especially when the heat and humidity come to Michigan in summer. thank you.

Since we have lived in this current home, Crome Mechanical Heating & Cooling has installed a new Lennox high efficiency ductless ac/heating system and a Lennox high efficiency boiler. Both units have performed very well in a cost effective manner. Meanwhile, I am certain Crome Mechanical will maintain our equipment at a high level of service.

Crome Mechanical is the best! We have hot-water baseboard heat, which we love, but that means no duct-work for a/c. Our research showed a 'split' would meet our needs, and Lennox was the recommended brand. I contacted Crome and was visited within several days by the owner. He was extremely knowledgable and very friendly. His technicians did a perfect installation. We were so impressed by Crome and the equipment, we had a 2nd split installed the next year. I cannot recommend Crome enough!

Crome Mechanical installed a new furnace and air conditioning system for us 2 years ago. The installation techs worked quickly and efficiently. They were very courteous and removed the old furnace and air conditioner and packaging. Over the past 2 years, we have had them in to perform maintenance. Again they are always efficient and courteous. Crome Mechanical has been very reliable which we really appreciate.

The technician came in to perform maintenance on my furnace and he did a great job! He tuned it up and made sure it was working efficiently.

2 years ago, I had both the furnace and A.C. unit replaced. I went through Costco to purchase the set and Crome was the company that performed the installation. At the time, I was going through a major house renovation and the workers from Crome worked well with the renovation crew to minimize chaos. Through wall removal, wiring modifications and other anomalies, the crew with Crome got the job done well. I later had the furnace cleaned and the worker showed up on time and got the job done quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
