Description of Work: Said he would call ahead of doing the work, no call forthcoming. I had planned on cancelling the partial survey - but he didn't call, I didn't know he was coming and then there was the bill I hadn't intended upon. He couldn't find one of the markers, so the survey was incomplete. I was disappointed that I did not have the option to cancel the survey.
