+ -1 moreFabulous! They guys arrived a bit behind schedule, but they let us know in advance which was great. They were able to locate the access point with a special probing tool, so no additional locating fee for using the camera. As it turned out, they pulled about 80lbs of tree roots from the tank! They pumped it out, talked about future maintanence and that was that. The team worked well together and was very efficiant, we couldn't be more thrilled. We were quoted $300 and that's what we were billed!
Description of Work: This was our first septic system experience; after a huge amount of rain, our drains started gurgling and we knew we needed to have the system pumped - big problem - we had NO clue where the access was! We tried the prodding meathod ourselves with zero luck. Pump That Septic had the best reviews online AND they had an option to locate it and dig the cover for only $40! The pump-out was quoted at $260. If they had needed to use their camera to locate it it would have been an additional $150.
