Description of Work: Jason and his team provided a complete remodel of two bathrooms. They were respectful of my home, very punctual and provided beautiful results. They may be slightly higher priced than some contractors but it is well worth going with them in the long run. | |I will be remodelling my kitchen next and will definitely reach out to Caitlin.

Description of Work: I didn't end up using Catlin for the work since I made arrangements with a property management company that now manages the property. I will definitely consider them in the future though - prompt and professional.

Description of Work: Mr. Catlin was quick with an estimate, and performed the work we requested and more. I would hire him again.

Description of Work: I called Jason Caitlin for an estimate and did receive an email estimate after he revoewed the work required However the email note came about 3 days before the attachment with the contract did. His contract involved painting in addition to the patching and sanding that I had requested. Considering the extra work the cost was not too far out of line. In addition, he offers to do extra work for 35 dollars an hour which is an fair as it gets. I think that the world is not ready for Jason because I have the impression that he dislikes paper work and like most builders considers paper work a necessary evil. I think this might have been a good deal except for the extra paintint cost

Description of Work: I had my kitchen completely renovated from floor to ceiling. This included a tin ceiling, cork flooring, new cupboards, a granite countertops and appliance installation. After getting an initial design, the contractor measured the spaces and identified several problem areas that were redone prior to ordering the cabinets. Upon removing the old cabinets, there was a significant amount of wall damage so we had the dry wall removed, insulation added and new dry wall hung. The walls were painted by the contractor. The tolerances in the kitchen design was in the 1/8 inch range requiring extreme precision. The glass tile backsplash required fitting around the window and a lot of grout. To install the over the stove microwave the ductwork had to be modified to utilize the existing wall hole. The countertop he subcontracted looks like a million. I can hardly believe how great it all looks.
