Description of Work: They are very professional and very good at their job. We have had them drain our house for the winter and get it ready in the spring. They have always done a wonderful job. Karen is always very sweet when you call. Note; they guarantee their work, so if they miss something. they will fix it free. they drain places so often that I doubt they ever miss anything. it just gives you extra peace of mind.

 + -1 moreAfter trying a new thermocouple and checking other possible faults they determined that the gas valve needed replacing. They noted that our heater was still under warranty and arranged to get the replacement valve covered under warranty. We have used Alexanders for many years for small jobs and extensive remodeling work, and in all cases the work has been completed promptly, professionally, and at a fair price. They are a real pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: The pilot light in our our gas water heater stopped working so they installed a new gas valve.
