Ron Kopp is fantastic. We loved this guy. He showed up for the estimate on time on the day he said he would. He called ahead to confirm the day scheduled, and came that day. Ron and his crew worked extremely hard in the 90+ degree heat on July 3, 2012. The trees looked natural when he was done thinning. It was a really professional cutting job done by someone who knows what he is doing. The crew was also as professional and friendly as Ron. When they were done they cleaned up so well you could not tell they had even been here. We have had so many problems in this area trying to hire someone who is professional and honest, so we were glad to meet Ron Kopp. We would recommend him to everyone!

Triple DDD did the work today -- they're finishing up cleanup as I type. Owner Ron Kopp called to reschedule a couple of times -- both so he could respond to another's emergency storm damage cleanup more quickly ? but both time he called well in advance and explained the situation. Since there was no urgency to our work, I actually appreciated that he did that. A crew of three showed up and did the work professionally, carefully and, as far as I could tell, very safely. One of our large trees was inaccessible to their cherry-picker so they had to climb to do the work. One was in the tree while two others assisted from the ground and cleaned up the branches and litter as fast as they fell. The trees and yard look great. Between the time Ron gave me an estimate and the time they showed up to do the work, I noticed a couple of smaller jobs that it made sense to do while they had their branch-eating machine on site. I pointed them out today, while they were working, and offered to pay extra to have them take care of them. They did but didn't charge me any extra -- nice touch. They also did some minor cleanup on a number of small ornamental trees -- work that I would normally have done myself so it was much appreciated. Overall, they did exactly what they said they would, on schedule and went above and beyond. Enthusiastically recommended.
