Established lawn care company that specializes in horticulture, hardscape, and yard design. Owners have over 35 years experience in the field and promises excellent customer service.

"Working with this company has been awful and I would not recommend them. They did not do great work with our home landscaping needs, have been poor communicators and are unreliable. They have also been quite rude to us even though we have legitimate issues, and they didn't do all the work we paid them for (such as weeding) - several weeks have gone by and they still haven't made things right. I would not waste your time working with this company."

We off free estimates for any job. There is no job too small. We offer a affordable price for quality services. First time customers recieve 10% off their first service.

"Fantastic!! Randy was promp and willing to go to work immediately once we agreed on a price. He worked hard and got the job done quickly (digging the post hole, preparing the post and setting it in concrete and then putting the mailbox over the post, being sure that he followed the USPS guidelines for height, distance from the curb, etc.) He cleaned up everything and the new mail box looks great! We couldn't be happier with his work and definitely plan to have him do more work for us in the future."

Focusing on a master plan approach, we fully integrate your opportunities, needs, and goals with the future development of your particular project. Our primary goal is to help you understand your options and ultimately achieve your site's full potential. Design meetings initiate an open dialogue, placing importance on your role in the development of a plan that can be phased-in effectively over time. We collect all client and site-related information, generate scaled design concepts and final designs with thorough (subcontracted) cost estimates for the installation phase. This enables you to effectively choose the cost and project phasing method that best fits your budget and installation time frame. By far the most rewarding part of every project is taking part in the process that enhances how we relax, connect, and spend time with one another in our surroundings. Unlike other household and facility additions our designs keep growing, adapting to seasonal changes, and strengthening over time.

Rototilling services FAQs

The average cost to have rototilling done on your property is around $250, and most homeowners pay between $100 and $350. The total for your rototilling project will depend on the area you need tilled, the quality of the soil, how many roots and shrubs are in the area, and the accessibility of the area. Anything that increases the time to till your soil—like hard clay soil, small entrances to the area that require the use of smaller tools, and roots running through the ground—will all increase your costs.

Yes, rototilling has many benefits. Rototilling is a great way to aerate the soil in your garden, introduce fertilizer, and remove weeds from your soil to prep it for planting, so it is very often a worthwhile expense. You can get by without rototilling if you’re willing to use manual tools, but the work will take much longer and is very labor-intensive. If you’re looking to prepare your garden for planting or your soil for new grass growth, rototilling is relatively inexpensive and almost always worth the money.

Yes, you can rent a rototiller for around $60 per day and do the work yourself, but it’s not recommended. Tilling is more of an art than a science, as tilling too deep can be detrimental to your soil structure and the organic matter that is beneficial to plants and shrubs, and tilling too shallow won’t properly introduce fertilizer or break up the soil for rooting plants. Additionally, tillers are powerful machines with sharp blades to cut through small roots and soil, so they are inherently dangerous to use. It’s usually worth it to hire a professional rototiller.
