You've Got It Maid

There was not enough time to finish the cleaning from the deal I purchased, so I called and made an appointment 2 weeks later. They said it would be $70-$90 dollars for two people over the phone. They ended up charging me $150, and three people showed up. We did a walk through together after the job, and there were still dirty areas. For $150 I expected a real cleaning, not the light dust and vacuum that I received. I had explained to them my situation previously, which is dealing with the recent flooding in the area. They do not know how to time charge or complete work, even if you tell them. They treated this like their usual routine, and I needed more than that. I was clear with my expectations, and I was disappointed that I had to clean up after a cleaning crew. If you are looking for light housecleaning, this is the company for you, but do not expect a deep cleaning.

They did a great job for us! On time, fast, professional and friendly. Most importantly, the work was thorough and well done!

two girls came in very pleasant and start work right away. They worked very efficiently together and finished the job in less time than I paid for great job!

I had hoped for the team to be able to clean my entire first floor in the time aloted. They did an excellent job and were able to complete the entire first floor in that time.

The initial phone calls to set up the service went very well. We had to cancel once due to a water leak in our home and reschedule for another time. Each time I spoke with the company the interaction was very pleasant. We bought the big deal as a tryout for a maid service. The crew was very nice showed up on time but the actual cleaning was poor. It was supposed to be a deep clean but it was not even a bare minimum cleaning. We have hardwood floor floors throughout and underneath the furniture still had dust balls. One of the crew spent two hours on the second bath that gets very little use. After the amount of time paid for was up the downstairs still needed cleaning, so had to pay extra to have it finished. Do not waste your money on the big deal deep cleaning, not worth it! We ended up going with another company that does an excellent job and a much deeper clean was done at the initial visit for half the price.

The maids arrived on time. I have a small house and I only wanted the main floor cleaned so it only took them 2 hours. They did a great job cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, although there were a few details that I needed to take care of after they left. The top of the refrigerator was not cleaned and I pulled the refrigerator away from the wall to vacuum and clean behind. I think that's something that should be done with a "thorough" first time cleaning, which is how it was described to me when I made the appointment. However, I did not specifically ask them to do this. I did ask them if they would clean the interior of the refrigerator and I was told that they only clean the outside unless the inside is empty. Part of the kitchen counter was not wiped down behind the sink which was a little strange. The good news is that they were able to clean the baseboards in the living room, hallway and spare room. They were in dire need of attention and they look fabulous now. I did notice that the baseboards in the kitchen on one wall under the windows were neglected. The stove top looks as sparkling as it could be and the shower doors are clean and clear. A chair in the living room was dragged across the floor and left a few scratches. This bothers my husband more than me and in fairness to the maids, the chairs did not have felt guards on their feet. But they do now! They brought their own vacuum and cleaning supplies, which was excellent. They used a lot of vinegar and water which I really appreciate since I hate breathing stinky chemicals in my house. They were friendly and professional and I would hire them to clean again. I would be more specific about a few things that concern me. Overall, I was pleased.

Went very well. Company was very professional, called me to set up an appointment, then called me to confirm the appointment the day of. I left a list of all the things I needed done and they got to pretty much all of them. Seemed to get a lot done in the allotted time. Very pleased with the service.

It went fine. Scheduling was easy and they were flexible. They did what they were supposed to do without me being there.

The two cleaners arrived on time, asked what my priorities were to decide what jobs to tackle first, and did a great, thorough job cleaning.

All went well, looks great!

I have absolutely no problems with the individuals that did the cleaning they were nice and professional.

The women/girls were very pleasant and punctual. There were here for two hours and we not able to clean the entire home (approx. 2,900 sq. ft.). In my opinion, the cleaners were very slow rather than working hard to get the job done.

They did everything I asked them to do and they did it well. They were very professional and they were very good.

Exceptional company, would recommend them to anyone. They did an exceptional job cleaning a filthy house. Definitely worth the money.

They never called or showed so I got a refund. They didn't acknowledge my email either.

The cleaning was fine, the scheduling was difficult. I went ahead and settled for a date they had available.

They were fine. Two women came out for 6 hours and did what I asked them to, and worked consistently the whole time. They also used things like vinegar instead of harsh chemicals.

Was not impressed with the overall service. There were streaks left on my bathroom mirrors as well as on my marble sinktops as if they used wet dirty rags to clean and did not dry. Also, none of the bathroom sinks were cleaned (3) and one of the toilets was not cleaned either, it just so happened to be the worst one in my teenaged boys bathroom so it was obvious that it had not been done.

good job. they were on time, 3 young ladies cleaned for 2 hours, and cleaned the rooms that I requested. yes, I would have them again.

I was not able to schedule a date for them to come out. After being told they were not available on the dates I choose, prompting me to choose other dates I was told they were only avail one day of the week( this was not stated up front). I was also told that I should call when I worked it out because they do not check email often, So I came up with three more dates and called - only to find out that the phone was disconnected. I left another email and never got a response - granted it has only been a week or two since the last email - but that was enough for me to just say forget it, I'm not interested. My main concern is that if they are this disinterested in my business, how interested will they be in doing a good job????? I'd rather spend my money on someone I have more faith in.

Overall work was fair. One woman worked hard while the other woman spent half hour on paperwork and making sure I knew she was the supervisor. Didn't know how much they could accomplish in the 3 hours so when one finished early, I asked to continue with more jobs. She seemed shocked that I wanted a full 3 hours work. I would not call the work a deep clean, just a routine average clean. They did not have with them cleaners to remove soap scum buildup on the shower. Said they normally had something but not that day. All that being said, it was about what I expected. Wish I could find a cleaner that really got the job done. For almost $50 per hour, I expect more.
