Miles was very helpful and professional, he answered all our questions and explained everything very well. Mason was right here every step of the way helping the crew on the roof. He gave us updates as everything progressed, he went above and beyond to find more shingles when we needed them. He was very nice and professional. The crew worked quickly and precise, made sure they had good cover protection on the house. Everything was cleaned up very well and dumpster was removed first thing the next day. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who asked me what company did my roof. Matter a fact my neighbor is calling to get an estimate for his roof.

Premium quality at a premium price

Victor (not owner) and his work crew have great work ethic. They were hard workers and reminded me of ants, up and down the ladders. Carrying shingles and boards. The only time me they would stop would be to get a bottle of water. Then back at it again. The salesman Joshua and Installation Mgr Dylan were always a phone call away if I had any questions. Would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer.

We had a good experience with Victor’s. Jose was a great salesman educating us and answering all of our questions. He also came back a second time with more samples after we changed our mind on the shingle color. He even took calls on his days off to update the contract. Great service! The day of the crew worked quickly and tried their best to keep the work clean. The caulking was especially precise! We found a few nails in our garage but knew to sweep before pulling ours cars in. Otherwise, the crew cleaned up well, and even blew off our deck to get all the little debris. We did discovered that a section of the attic was missing baffles a few weeks later but they came out super quick to get them in. Amanda and Dylan were especially helpful and pleasant to work with! They were solution oriented anytime we had questions or needed anything resolved. We recommend!

We were very impressed by their professionalism, their attentiveness from start to finish, and the organization of the worksite. They worked like a well oiled machine and completed both the house and garage roofs in less than 5 hours. And cleanup was absolutely perfect! You get what you pay for. And we felt they were well worth the money.

We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship.

Victorâ s Roofing sent someone who went up into the attic and roof and took videos and photos and shared with us on his computer. This was on July 12th. There was an area of concern and the roofers came out early on July 18. The project was completed in 1 day. (As a side note a neighbor had her roofing done and it took 4 days). The company has a concierge who was our point person. She was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. There was a project manager who took pictures during the process and came in to see if we had any concerns. We were able to get copies of the photos. Then someone came out and looked over the roof and asked how we felt about the process and outcome. Victorâ s was very thorough and professional. The cost wasnâ t the lowest or highest and had financing available if needed. I would highly recommend Victorâ s Roofing if you want your job done well!

Everyone I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and responsive to my questions and concerns. The project went very smoothly. Workers showed up on time and kept me informed of progress. They did an amazing job clean up was great. However the severely damaged my driveway gate, gate pole, property line gate one of my driveway way gate completely detached on the ground. While putting the garbage container in my driveway they ram into my gate to the point the cement pole came out oh the ground. The driver jokingly committed that wasnâ t like that (not funny) called the office explained what happened. Then nothing job was completed received a knock on the door no walk through nothing but my signature and a check for the balance. I had to call the office myself about my damage security fence wide open only to learn some will contact me. The next day as the container still sat in my driveway I get a text about pick up container and they will take pictures of my damage fence, 2 more days pass of dead silence no update calls. I reach back out asking whatâ s the status due to the fact I have dog I canâ t secure in my backyard my Vehicles are not secure overnight. At 1st during the call she could find any damage reports and told me a plant supervisor will contact me itâ s now the 5th and nothings done nor has it been any communication to the the fact. I paid cash to have my roof replaced by 11k+ If I stop payment I definitely will get somebody attention thatâ s not me because they did a great job on. My roof . But will I recommend no I will not because lack of urgently to rectify the property damage they created
