The installation of our Ring Doorbell was a piece of cake with Dave's assistance. He was knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain and setup our Ring Pro. We could not be more happy with our experience and would definitely hire him again.

The installation went smoothly as planned. No real issues. Dave Fritz and Matt did a first-class job, being careful to avoid tracking snow into my house. Dave is very knowledgeable about his product and took his time to patiently walk my husband and me through the necessary steps to fully understand the product's features and capabilities. Dave and Matt showed up on time. My old doorbell was installed in my door frame. They were able to relocate the new video doorbell. There were no exposed wires. You can't tell where my old doorbell was. This install went smooth. They took the time to go over the app and the options that went with the systems. I am now able to monitor my Home Chef delivery items as well as other packages. There will be no debate when Amazon or UPS said a package was delivered. ..... now I can see when my packages arrive. Very satisfied!

We now have Unified Security Solutions as our security monitor and we can view the outdoors on our iPhone and Xfinity system! THIS was AFTER Comcast, ADT(3 times), and my camera installer FAILED to provide the NEEDED services. We give Dave Fritz, of Unified, high marks for his professionalism, value for the cost and concern to answer our needs.
