Jordan came out, inspected the garage door opener and saw it was off the track. He repaired it, fully inspected the entire door, lubricated the door, and showed me how I should be servicing it every three months to keep it lubricated. He also recoded a tricky keypad. Excellent in asking if there was anything I needed, fully explained what the problem was and the repair he was performing, and left with a 90 day warranty for work done. This was covered under American home warranty and he checked to make sure all work he was doing was covered under the warranty or if there was anything else I would need to pay. Really kept me fully informed. Highly recommend!

I've had nothing but trouble with it. I've had them out 4 or 5 times and every time they say there is no problem. I've actually been late for work because the garage door won't open or close. It was just awful. I've given up. They obviously aren't going to fix it and they charge me $85 or $90 to tell me that nothing is wrong. I absolutely will not use them again. It was $400 for the door and I paid them another $300 to keep having them come out.
Description of Work: I used Town & Country Door to replace a garage door two years ago. They were last out in the spring because the garage door wouldn't close; it kept slamming down and then it would hit the pavement and would go back up. They came out and swept around the sensors and jimmied about a little bit and said that nothing was wrong. Then it worked for 3 days.
