Talmadge Stump Grinding is a family owned and operated business. Talmadge Stump Grinding offer quality stump grinding at an affordable price. We will not leave you with a heaping pile of wood chips after we complete the job, we take your stump below grade to make sure we get all of the stump and nothing grows back from the roots and then fill it back in with some of the wood chips and dirt. This makes it easy for you to lay down grass seed or sod right on top of it without a worry. Or you could select that from our service as an add on that we offer.

The project went very well. The guys at Talmadge were very nice, and professional. Their quote was very reasonable, and the entire project was completed in half a day.
Description of Work: Three trees were removed from my property. Two Mulberries approximately 25-30 ft tall, and 14-17 in diameter. One Tree of Heaven (Stinkweed) approximately 30-35 ft tall, and 17-19 in diameter. I had the stump ground for the Tree of Heaven since I don't want that coming back. The Tree of Heaven was nestled in a huge woody bush that I do not know the name of, but that was removed as well. I also had my 30-35 ft Green Maple trimmed of dead branches. All of the wood was chopped up and hauled away.

The husband and wife duo were both very friendly, polite and knowledgeable in their work. While walking through my yard and speaking to them about my concerns I had the instant feeling that I was dealing with honest & trustworthy people. They knew exactly what needed to be done to rid my yard of a huge stump and numerous roots that had been missed from the previous workers. The clean up alone was very impressive! They also were able to advise me on the next steps to be taken in replacing my grass. They made it a point to let me know that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact them at any time. If you are in need of stump/root removal, I would highly recommend Talmadge Stump Grinding.
