Vendor offered an on-line video describing exactly how to remove the old part and install the new one. It was right on. The new part arrived quickly, but unfortunately it arrived broken through no fault of the vendor. I called the customer service number and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful man, who after listening to the problem immediately sent a new part by 2 day air. It arrived on time, in perfect condition, and the installation went perfectly. The washing machine now works like new, and the whole thing saved me a lot of money over having a repair service come out and order the same part. I would encourage anyone to contact this vendor should the need arise, I know I certainly will.

did not go well as I tried to return an unused part and was told that it was installed so they could not refund it mind you this is the second time this happened and as god is my witness both times the part was not installed.

For appliance parts the ordering process is very simple with just a model number. All parts are delivered promptly. All parts are original name brand at a very reasonable price. After using parts from other suppliers, I use repair clinic based on pricing and quality parts.

I found the parts I wanted on their website and ordered them. Shipping was fast and the parts were what I ordered.

It is an online company that has parts for anything and everything. They have great instructions. I am able to fix all kinds of stuff that I don't want to pay an appliance guy to fix. I've used them 3 or 4 times in the last 24 months for fix-it pieces. They have everything. I don't even have to hunt; I just put in the model number. I would use them again and again. I know the local guys buy from them too. Their shipping is amazingly prompt. It is well packed and the delivery is absolutely crisp. I've never had a problem with them. Their product is exactly what it is supposed to be. They always do a good follow up online. It is good quality packing and shipping.

Parts delivered as promised

Called and placed order at 4:30 p.m. on a Thursday. Delivery cost via FedEx Ground was an incredibly low $8.97--only $2.00 more for 2-day delivery than for 7-10 day ground delivery, and well worth the extra cost for such a bulky and heavy package. I expected two business days, but the package actually arrived on Saturday instead of Monday. We were replacing both racks because of severe rust issues which had developed with the originals. My husband planned to assemble the new racks. Since he was somewhat unsure of what he was getting into--and the replacements are not completely identical to the OEM parts--we chose to order directly from RepairClinic so that we could take advantage of their 365-day return policy if necessary. Local parts dealer had used RepairClinic's website to identify parts availability, and offered same prices but no returns. All websites I checked showed identical replacement parts. While some competing websites supply partial views of diagrams with parts lists, RepairClinic does not show these. When I asked about the availability of such diagrams, however, the person with whom I was speaking immediately emailed copies during our conversation, as well as clarifying that all needed parts should be in the package.

The part was shipped on the 21st. of March 2012 by "US Mail" to me in Daytona Beach Florida. On the 29th of March 2012 the shipment was not in Daytona Beach, let alone delivered to me. The company showed a approximate delivery date of March 27th 2012. What I was not told was they use Fed-Ex and the US post Office for this methiod of shipping, " FedEx has partnered with the US Post Office to deliver packages". So if you want your order in less than two weeks, do not use the "POST OFFICE ECONOMY SHIPPING OPTION"!

I've ordered many parts from here over the years. They've got great diagnostics and are very quick to ship the parts and responsive also. They have great customer service.

It didn’t cost much and I think I paid about $60. The service was good. They were very courteous and on time. The work that was done was great and everything was fine.

I needed a replacement filter for my range hood. I went to Home Depot and they didn't have the one I needed; I called their 800 number with the model number of my exhaust hood in my hot little hand, and they told me the part cost over $51.00. I knew this made no sense because I had been to their store, so I was thrilled when the Repair Detective on repairclinic.com identified the part for 8.75 plus 4.75 in shipping. This site is a lot of fun--it asks a lot of questions and then shows you pictures so you can identify exactly the part YOU need.
