Description of Work: The main computer board on my dryer failed. I was impressed the owner tried to talk himself out of making the service sale by encouraging me to replace the dryer rather than make this costly repair. When I decided the repair was best for our situation, he gladly proceeded. Then we discovered the board was back ordered from the factory. When it became evident this situation would continue, the owner found someone who could repair the damaged board. He sent it off, got it back and installed it in about a week, and the dryer works beautifully. The repaired part has the same warrantee as the new replacement part would have had, and it cost about $100 less. That find-a-solution mentality is very nice.

Description of Work: Repairclinic is an appliance part service. They normally have all the parts I need for appliance repair and you can't beat their hours, open all the time! Even Sunday! When I am able to do an at home appliance repair, they are my first go to for sure!

Description of Work: They actually "did" nothing but sell me the parts that I needed to repair my front-load washer. It turned out, unfortunately, that I would additional parts to the tune of another $300, which made the repair uneconomical. I took the parts to the Repair Clinic and was promptly refunded my cost, no questions asked! Excellent service!
