Description of Work: Reliable has performed numerous landscaping projects for me. For each project they were very careful to discuss with me what I wanted prior to presenting a plan. Each implementation has gone fine.

Description of Work: This company LIVES up to its name! When they say they would be at our house at a certain time they were right on time each and every time for an appointment. Very attentive, the office staff very professional and understanding. They were very honest and upfront saying from the very beginning they had a 12 week backlog where as some competitors would either never show up or when they did they would never get back with us. They were of course very reliable and the price very reasonable. To be fair we had called about eight contractors and Reliable Landscaping being one of them with two others which gave us actual quotes. Three others came to look but never responded back even after calling them to follow up and two others we just left messages and they never called back to inquire. |Reliable came in and removed two dump truck loads of clay and planted some trees, shrubs, sod, weed barrier and spread out 11 yards of mulch and much needed top soil. They even installed a drain some 10 feet away from the house they discovered it needed from the downspouts draining under the lawn. Stellar work especially for what they had to work with digging into a very hard clay base soil. Very reliable and if need be I WILL use them again. Excellent staff and customer service.

Description of Work: turned on sprinklers, replaced a head, repaired a cut section of line.

Description of Work: They wouldn't even come give me an estimate because the size of my job was too small. I need a retaining wall built around a very large tree. Their response was "Unfortunately, at this time, due to our current back-log in reference to landscape installation, we are unable to take on smaller landscaping projects.
