We signed the papers and then it was about a week before they could start. I am a little bit of a stickler on cleanup and it could be a little bit better.

Ted was very responsive in answering my initial request for information, visiting us in our home, and then getting us a quote. He didn't use high pressure sales tactics, was very personable and had great follow-up - he obviously really wanted the work. He was able to work out a good price with my husband and was ready to start the work within a few days; within our timeframe. He also had his son and a friend move our heavy furniture (out of the way and then back in to the rooms) which was a godsend. The work area was cleaned up nicely and materials, etc. were disposed of properly.

Ted was dedicated to the project, on time and always singing! Communicated throughout the process, coordinated subcontractors--who were great! Amazing finished basement. He came up with many unique solutions to design complications. Highly recommend;worth the money, no worries that building is not to code...took care of all necessary permits.

We were extremely happy with the work that was done. Our basement is amazing. After meeting with several companies and getting estimates and designs, it was clear to my husband and I that Ted's (owner of the company), was best. His design made the most of our space and his price was very competitive. His estimate for time to complete the project was quite accurate. He is very friendly and approachable, and open to comments along the way. We found him to be very trustworthy and dependable (and the people that work with him too). And we were very comfortable leaving him in our home when we were not there. Our children became very fond of Ted as well. We use our basement daily. We love it! This company has since done more work in our home, including remodeling our laundry room, which also turned out great. Ted took a small room that functions as laundry and mud room, and not only made it look nice but made it very functional with built in shelves, benches, shoe storage, and coat hooks. We HIGHLY recommend this company will absolutely use them for future projects.

The work was high quality. It was performed with in the time frame. He had trusted sub contractors. He is ethical and friendly. He follows up with quick responses. He stands by his work. He is creative and has a positive can do attitude. I think his price is fair. I continue to use him again. I also refer him to other people.

Phase 1 went wonderfully, we were very happy with the work. They were supposed to return after the plumbing & electrical were done to install drywall, but he took a job in Denver in the interim, and was unavailable for about 2 months after we had the other work completed. In the end, he agreed to return our deposit for phase 2, and we went with another contractor.
