Went perfectly.it pleases me to look at the quality and attention to detail of all the projects I had completed. the costs of the individual projects were completely detailed on a spread sheet so you knew exactly what you were paying for.as with any construction there are always hidden problems.mike was excellent with suggestions to overcome the problem at a fair and reasonable cost.l have a few more projects in the future and will not hesitate to call him.overall a very pleasant experience.

I sent an e-mail through Angies List and also called on 2 different days and never received a response back.

They showed up on time. They did meticulous, beautiful work. They cleaned up every single day. Professional in every way you can imagine.

They did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them. They communicated very well with us throughout the project and whenever they had problems or questions, they did not proceed until they checked with us. The other thing that we thought was particularly helpful was my husband wanted to do some aspects of the work himself and Payter Built was more than willing to work with us and to time things so that when we got home from work and overnight, we could work on the things that we wanted to do and have them ready so that when they came in the next day, they could continue on with their part of the work.

..All of our work went well. His subcontractors are first class. Mike works hard at keeping the lines of communication open, keeping us informed of each step. The jobsite was kept as clean as possible with daily clean ups. His sider subcontractor ( Siding Specialists ) did beautiful work. We will be contacting him again for our kitchen redo. The exterior of our house looks terrific.

A great guy and a good company to have work for you. Very professional and does every job well.Cleans up after himself and very trustful.
