My mom and I ordered flowers a few weeks in advance from another florist. On the day of the wedding, my mom went to pick them up at the scheduled time, and no one was there. After she waited and tried to reach someone to no avail, she called Norton's and asked if they could fill the order in a short period of time. The employees said they had the needed flowers. They put together the order quickly and saved our day.
