I was super impressed by the service I received this evening. His customer services is amazing. They went above and beyond to help me .They were able to come same day I called. Great Lawn services. Highly recommended

Horrible service, communication, and quality. They show up whenever, sometimes days late. The first week, they claimed they couldn't find the house. Then I went almost 2 weeks without a cut and the grass was over a foot tall. The last time they were allowed on my lawn, the left my back gate propped open (using my neighbors patio table...) and my dog got out. Every time I try to call, it goes to voicemail. They only respond with text or email and ask me what my address is every time. I would highly suggest that you don't do business with them. They sucker you in with their low price and offer 15% off if you pre-pay for the entire summer. Not worth it!

I had an amount of leaves I could not handle alone. They came out and got the leaves from the back yard and front to the curbside then came back with the giant vacuum and sucked them all up into their truck. After that, I could keep up with the remaining leaves. Don't know how I would have handled them without Marek's help. Also, they charged less than the quote was!

After scheduling a 'fall cleanup', they never showed, would not return repeated calls, never answered their business number. This left us with a leaf-covered property long after the last pickup by the city. Due to recent surgery I was unable to do anything myself, leaving my wife to struggle with the extra work. Completely and totally unreliable and callous. And the final insult? They sent us a $125 bill for services performed! When I finally got through to their separate billing phone number, I was told that the crew claimed to have done the work. When I convinced them that indeed they had not, they said they must have confused us with another customer and said they'd be out 'soon'. Of course, they never showed and never called. This cycle repeated twice. Based on this treatment, I believe that this company does not deserve your business.

I was quoted one price for yard cleanup but received a bill for a higher amount after much of the discussed cleanup was left unfinished. It took multiple phone calls to clear up the billing and service issue. I was promised a Wed thru Fri cut day but they came only on Monday when they showed up which was inconsistent and left my yard very shaggy and uneven when they did provide service. They left dirt on the sidewalks and grass clippings in the yard and stuck to the siding and doors. After they failed to show up for two weeks I found another service. I left multiple voice and text messages at the number provided to cancel the service. They showed up a week later (on a Monday again) and I had to call the billing number to finally reach a person and confirm cancellation of services. Overall very unprofessional and low quality service.

My dad has advanced Alzheimer's and they were told not to contact him. They constantly sent a bill to my dad even though I had already paid for service. They also tried to increase the fee and when I told them no they sent another bill to my dad. I mistakenly paid for the season ahead of time so I had to deal with them.

When I talked with the owner on the phone he gave a price of about $85 to $100. When they got here they said $140. They were give specific instructions on what I wanted cleaned out as far as beds. The instruction were not followed. The back berm was blown to the point that I lost my mulch. Leaves were in the bushes I wanted cleared. I dismissed the crew in the middle of the job. I was charged $65.
