They are not too bad. When I go in there, they are nice to me. Prices are always bad for everything.

The sales experience was easy and we got good service over several visits. The sales people were knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Our questions were readily answered. The first step was to have the installer come to our house and measure the bathroom. Within 24 hours the measurements were sent back to Lowe's. We were notified by Lowe's that they were available and then we went in to the store to make our final selection of vanity, vanity top, faucet, and toilet. We were told the contractor would call us within two business days. We did not hear from him so the 3rd day I called Lowe's. Within 15 minutes the contractor called. He explained he tried to leave messages but our answering machine was not allowing a message to be left. I scheduled the installation and then called the number we had given him. He was right, our answering machine was not working. Lowe's checked back with us within 1/2 hour to make sure the contractor had called us. I reported that he did and that the problem was our answering machine not working. The contractor picked up the vanity, top, faucet and toilet from Lowe's and arrived exactly when he said he would. The work was done in a little over two hours. He was efficient and careful when carrying the materials up the stairs to not bang the walls. He was also mindful of my recent painting in the bathroom and did not cause any re-touching to be done, except for where the new vanity was not quite the same size and shape as the old one. It was easy for me to patch and paint the exposed areas. The installer left everything clean and neat and did excellent caulking work. Three days later, everything still works perfectly and looks great. I am very pleased with the products, price and installation results.

We got everything at really good prices because we bought floor models for the home we're selling. The staff there was great and we got everything delivered the very next day. They also took the old stove and dishwasher off our hands. We were very pleased with them.

Not well. I have always respected Lowes but I will take my business to other businesses in the future.

On May 30th, bought windows from Lowe's for installation. On July 18th the installers came out and did unsatisfactoy work. Used original half-circle frame inside with new frames which did not align, used two frames to make one bottom frame, installed two different color casings on outside, tried to piece several small aluminum pieces to make half circle on the exterior, and did some minor damage to drywall. I brought these issues with Lowes and on July 29th, the salesman, Lowe's manager and owner of installer came out. They agreed to fix problems. I asked one simple question, "if this was your house would you be happy with work?" . Salesman said "no", the installer says "yes, they did a good job". On August 30th, same installers came out to finish and fix problems. They fixed some of the concerns. I still have two different color casing, and have five seperate pieces of wood frames to make half-circle. Still does not align and they left grany glue stuff all over the frame. Tried to wipe'em off with wet sponge to no avail. I made numerous calls to Lowe's and spoke and met with several different department managers. One manager even says that it is the manufacturer that does not make one single wood half-circle frame and the homeowner should expect some damages to drywall. Says it's in the contract. And this is as far as Lowe's will go. At this point I was very disappointed that I requested Lowes take the windows and refund my money. This is when I found out that my estimate was almost $700 higher than the final cost. After several more calls and waiting for their response, on October 9th, they agreed to refund $1200. At this writing I still have ugly frames and two tone color casing. I will never have expected this kind of workmanship from Lowe's and am very disappointed.

They contacted someone to fix it. It was just two years old when we called them to fix it. So, we weren't happy because it was fairly new. The technician knew the problem and he fixed it. It wasn't under warranty. We spent over $200 for their service. We would probably use their services again.

Great, they delivered and set up.

A good experience. Husband and I went to neighborhood Lowes and evaluated the different door options; it was nice to touch the different doors and Apple, the sales specialist, did a decent job of explaining the difference. He drew up an estimate and after a couple of days, I called in to actually make the order. It was great that the Wayne Dalton installer came to the house before the installation because he discovered that we needed an 8-foot door, not the 7-foot that we originally ordered and an extender kit (an extra $60). A week later he came out with the door and it took him about 5 hours to remove the old door, etc and install the new stuff. He was professional and I have no complaints about his work. The door is really nice and super quiet. We never price compared, so without knowing if we could have gotten a better "deal", I would recommend Lowe's for their new garage door. A person from Lowes even called the next day to see if we were satisfied.
