It went great. They lady there was pretty nice and helped up buy it. They set up the delivery and it came within a day or two, not very long and they took the old ones back. The first dishwasher did not work and they replaced it right away.

I didn't like them. They had to order a part and get it shipped in from somewhere and it took 3 to 4 days before they came back with it. I didn't like that. I could have called my electric company and it would have been faster but I had the extended warranty so I used it. They came when they said they would.

I think the pump was out because water did not come out. They had started it when they were here but did not wait.

I think that they have great products however they are a little over priced. I also feel they are a little icy when talking to them on the phone.

I would recommend them to others. I was pleased with the services.

Prep work appeared to be very good, however my tools were used and they got paint on them, very poor cleanup and many areas need touch-up; one room library very poorly done, house was unfurnished at the time, they left doors off the master bedroom closet did not put all drapery hardware back, on website it offers free consultation for picking out colors was charged an additional $100. They are supposed to return after carpeting is installed for a job that is done; it is far from done. It was most aggravating that my tools were used and paint was left on them these were in an area of the house that they should not have been. Also once again over-spray on areas that should have been covered and paint on the outside that wasn't even painted.

I liked the contractor that was sub contracted by Home Depot but I had several issues with the doors. When they first installed the doors I found problems with some of them. The rep from Home Depot came out and agreed that they needed to be replaced. These were customer made doors so there was a lot of lag time in between. When they finally brought out the new doors they had already suffered damage while in the box. While waiting for replacements the contractor left the good doors in my garage so that they could install all the doors at once. When the replacement doors came in there was yet another problem. After another delay Home Depot told the contractor to pull them all and they would send them all back to the company. I later received a message from Home Depot informing me that they were done and would not be doing any more work.

The work done by the contractor was fine. Two things could have been better: The employees at the Home Depot when I purchased the fan and paid for the installation could have mentioned that I might need a slope kit when I told them I had a vaulted ceiling(I didn't even know such a thing existed). I also think it is excessive to charge double the basic installation rate for a ceiling over 12 feet (mine is 14 feet). I was told at the store that the extra charge was due to the fact that the contractor would have to rent scaffolding to do the job, when in fact all he had to do was bring a 10 foot ladder instead of an 8 foot ladder. An extra charge of say half the basic installation would have made sense to me, but not double.

MY OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS THAT THEY HAVE VERY REASONABLE PRICES. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB INSTALLING THE CARPET IN THE TWO ROOMS. THEY CAME ON TIME AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT I HAD TO END UP MISSING A DAY OF WORK BECAUSE HEY SHOWED UP ON THE WRONG DAY. THEY FINALLY DID COMPENSATE ME AND CHARGED ONLY HALF OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE.
