Great. They were very friendly, helpful and a delight to do business with.

We have a small fire pit and do not need to purchase a lot of wood at one time. Sometimes we will get 1/4 face cord and sometimes just 1/8th. If my husband is not with me, it's nice to be able to pick up just a little bit of wood at a time! I believe I paid about $17.00 for 1/8 the last time I visited. They accept cash only.

It was fine. It was reasonable. It was a sloppy, muddy, yucky place but it goes with what we were getting.

They were unresponsive at first, and finally they were evasive about the availability. They encouraged me to rent a trailer, and then call to see if wood was available. I pointed out that would defeat the purpose, and refused to do that. I have been a customer for 6 years, and was very put off. Also, their prices are now significantly higher than other local providers, and the wood appears to be inferior - what my neighbor calls and quot;gopher woodand quot; - light, porous, fast burning. Once you start burning it, you need to gopher more wood immediately (but good for starting the fire). Also, this fall, they started to refuse to deliver. I never got an adequate answer - it seemed very evasive and I'm not sure why. Very disappointed, and they lost me as a customer.

I ordered a face cord of maple and got exactly that. The price of the face cord and the delivery charge were exactly as quoted. They deliver, you stack.

I called ahead to find out if they accept visa (they don't) and the woman was very polite. When I stopped by the office the woman asked how much wood I needed and I told her that I wasn't sure. She took me outside and pointed out the different quantities (1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or full cord). She helped me load the bags into my car. When I have a better place to store wood at my house I will definitely have them deliver! The wood burns very well in my fireplace and was dry despite the snow we have had recently.

Had a face cord of seasoned hardwood delivered for winter fires in the fireplace. Wasn't listed on their website of service areas so called to see if they would deliver to Dearborn and they did. The wood was dumped where I requested it just outside the garage door so I could stack it inside. Had my first fire after Thanksgiving and was very happy with the burning of the wood.

We were pleased. When I called to order the firewood, I spoke with a very helpful female employee who patiently answered all my questions and gave me some tips on starting a fire. The actual delivery went fine; the wood was piled in the back driveway near where we want to stack it. The wood appears to be well seasoned and is of a good size for burning in fireplace.
