THE JOB WENT GREAT. HE SHOWED UP AS PROMISED, WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE. HE WORKED WITH US TO CLEAN OUR 23 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER'S ROOM FIRST SO THAT WE COULD GET HER DOWN FOR HER NAP, THEN PROCEEDED TO MAKE OUR WINDOWS SHINE! WE JUST PURCHASED OUR HOME IN SEPT, AND THESE ARE THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS TO THE HOME, 30 YEARS OLD. I WAS SKEPTICAL BUT HOPEFUL THEY WOULD LOOK DECENT, AND I AM SOOOO PLEASED. WE BACK UP TO THE WOODS AND IT IS A PLEASURE TO LOOK OUT OUR WINDOWS!!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEVINE TO ANYONE.

Eric was professional. He was accommodating when we made the appointment and punctual. He did quality work and worked diligently the entire time. The window tracks look great. Our windows shine like never before and we are planning on having him back in the spring. It is refreshing to have someone come to the house who goes beyond expectations.

I was desperate to get my gutters cleaned before the first real snowfall and time was running out. I called several providers and they weren't able to fit me in or they were done for the season. I finally called Devine Shine. He asked me some details about my house and told me he was about 10 minutes away if I was ready to see him. I was! He was at my house and completed the job in less than an hour. My gutters are as clean as a whistle and it cost less than the other providers even with their coupons. I will definitely use him again.

I called for an appointment and expected them the following week but Eric was able to get my gutters done the next day. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves. I'm very impressed. I have used Devine Shine last spring and will continue to do so in the future.

It went very well. Eric is a pleasant person, very professional and does his job very well. I have a larger home 4k-5k square feet, with roughly 35 windows of mixed sizes and 7 large glass doors and a sun room with 13 glass windows 4ft x 6ft each. He was easy to reach by phone and I made an appointment with him. It was easy and quick to set a date and time. He showed up on schedule. He was at the house for 3-4 hours, I did not keep exact track of his time, it did not matter as he moved efficiently around the outside cleaning and then inside and the gutters were cleaned last. Pretty amazing if you can get excited about clean windows. He is methodical and efficient, I could not say, " you missed a spot" anywhere. The house is a three story walkout on one side and he washed those high windows from the ground, no need for a ladder. Watching that from the inside I could see he was doing a good job on the high ones. . After the windows were done he did use a ladder to get on the roof and used mostly a leaf blower to clear the gutters. That might have taken him 20 minutes or so. I have had the windows cleaned by other companies but none were as good and all were more expense for very similar service. Other companies have sent two guys but they did not have the quality and there was more commotion. Eric is quiet, he just works and gets it done. My wife sets a pretty high bar on cleaning, and Eric's work is superior. She is very pleased how the windows came out. His price was very fair, his service is a good value. I will hire him again. I would not be surprised if he gets an Angie's list award again this year.

Incredibly fast, minimally intrusive, and best of all....thoroughly clean windows!!

He did such an awesome job and worked around my schedule with my 9 month old twins. He even did my filthy basement window which I wanted to pay extra for. He made it sparkle like new and did not charge me extra. I will have him do our windows twice a year from now on.

He did the work by himself and in a reasonable time frame. He was available at the day and time chosen. He was polite and professional. He will be the one we call the next time we need our windows cleaned. The cost was very reasonable for the task that was perfomed.

Eric did an excellent job. Very professional, accomodating, and neat. Would definitely recommend Eric and certainly plan to have him back in the future to do the windows again.

I called Devine Shine to get a quote for window cleaning and gutter cleaning around July 19th. I left a message because no one was there to answer my call. To date (July 29th) I have never heard from them.

Better than expected

We had a very positive experience with Devine Shine. Eric is easy to have around, professional and does a great job. He was responsive in coming out to give me an estimate and timely in showing up when we had scheduled. We have used several different companies over the past few years and not been satisfied. His price was a little higher than we've paid in the past, but worth every penny. In addition to doing quality work, I appreciated that he wore shoe covers inside the house without being asked and cheerfully worked around my rather unruly dogs. We will definitely call Eric at Devine Shine again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

It was smooth & professional. Cleaned 24 windows in 90 minutes.

They were able to schedule an appointment rather quickly. I wasn't there when they arrived, but my husband said they worked hard and were very efficient. I was pleased with the windows when I got home.

Eric was great! We are recently relocated from Southern California and are new to the processes here in Michigan. Eric worked hard n our new home here for over 2 hours, in spite of the warm temps today. He was very friendly and professional, and did a great job. There was a lot of debris in our gutters, and he cleaned all the stuff he blew out onto the ground and sidewalk afterward. Would very much recommend. We will definitely contact Eric for future work.
