They were fast and good. Pleasant and very responsive.

He finally did the job right but the first day, he went to the wrong house. I came back and it was still dirty but he eventually came back and did the job. He did a very good job when he came back. It was good. He's very responsive and very reasonable. He did a good job overall. He's very professional.

He did a fine job. He was very prompt. He dumped the debris on the ground and didn't clean up all of it. He said would compost into the ground. I might use them for window cleaning in the spring.

He said he couldn't reach my windows. He didnt do all the windows and jammed the screens back in. He overcharged and did a terrible job.

I contacted him rather late in the season thru Angie's list. He responded promptly, could not get there as quickly as he had expected b/c the weather got bad. Communicated with me on Angie's messages to tell me he would get there ASAP. Let me know as soon as he finished the job and what the extra cost was. I mailed him a check for the overage. I plan to have him do my gutters again in the spring. Very good communication…it was nice that he would tell me the condition of the gutters. Good work!

There were more challenges with scheduling then the previous time I used their service. I discussed this with him and he said he was looking to hire additional help because he has been busier this season. They cleaned the gutters and removed all of the debris for me.

Over the phone he provided a price for the windows approx $90 (based on the number of windows I provided), but when he got to the job all of the sudden the priced jumped to $185. I had no choice to accept because I needed to get the house ready for sale. On the window cleaning it was a good job. On the gutters he quoted, $100. He cleaned all the gutters except the garage gutter. I asked why he did not clean the garage gutter, and his reply was it was not part of the house. He agreed to come back and clean the garage gutter at no additional charge. He never came back to finsh that work. Finally, he repaired to back screen door, $40. However, when I inspected the finished job the new screen was accidentally cut in a number of places around the perimeter. Just a very bad installation job. I asked who did the work and he indicated he did. I told him I would not pay for this work and he eventually agreed. Overall, would not recommend this contractor.

Fast professional service. Debris from gutters was left in neat piles which were easy for me to dispose of.

The job went well enough on the windows that could be reached without a ladder. BUT when it came to higher windows, Eric pulled out a long extension pole. Now, I gotta say, I could have done that. The major reason I pay for this service is to have younger people climb ladders to clean high windows. And that's how they have always been done by A-1 seasonal services. I asked Eric to redo a few from a ladder, but was not comfortable having him redo all the high windows. the windows done with the extension did not have clean edges, as they do when a-1 is done.

Did a very nice job. I have used Divine Shine several times in the past and will continue to do business with them. I called to set up the service. Eric called me back promptly and scheduled the cleaning. The job was done within a week. I'm very pleased with the work.
