+ -1 moreI felt threatened by his hostility and rudeness. I could not wait to see him leave my property. By the way, I had the job done by another company for less than half of his outrageous price.
Description of Work: He quoted me $120.00 to clean two large rooms (total area 14 by 33). When he arrived he increased the price to $180.00. He then proceeded to hook up a hose to my water line and in the process broke the cover to my gas meter. It was not just cracked, it was in small pieces as if it had been kicked. Replacement cost: $75.00. I confronted him with the problem and he said he had nothing to do with it. Since I had been outside working in that area and knew there was nothing wrong with the cover prior to his arrival, I felt I could not trust him and asked him to leave.

+ -1 moreWhen we have other people that clean the carpets we have to have it done over, so we even put it on the lease agreement with my people. They charge a little more, but they are worth every penny. We spent probably $100. They are done in 20 minutes. We have a little duplex and they do one side and they do the living room, stairway and the little foyer. They are there for about 1.5 hours.
Description of Work: We use Bo’s Way Carpet Cleaning all the time for carpet cleaning for our rental property. We used them for probably 10n years and the last we used them was probably last year.

+ -1 moreMy wife and I just bought are first home and the owners did not clean the carpet much, maybe never. Bo came out cleaned all the carpet in the home and now it looks brand new! I wasn't able to be at the home because of work, and he still came out. He did a great job, and it looks great! Theres not much more I can say other then thank you, and you'll be hearing from me again when we need the carpet cleaned!
