Description of Work: We asked for a proposal for a project (which ended up to cost us about $20,000 from another nursery), but apparently these folks were not interested in our business. Trying to get a cost and a proposal to meet our specs, never happened. I would not ever use them.

Dear (member name removed), Thank you so much for your comments. The lead sheets we receive are of utmost importance. I have been researching leads from a year ago to find yours. The only thing I can figure out is that yours belonged to my designer who was recruited last May by Michigan State University as a professor. I thought I had all leads covered but possibly I missed one. May is undeniably our busiest month of the year and I truly apologize. Grand Rapids is so lucky to have many fine Landscape Contractors and I am so glad you found one that you loved!
