QUICKLAWN HYDROSEEDING

He hydro -seeded my lawn around 6/28/12. On 7/2/12 I called him and left message that lawn was not coming in. I called him the next 5 days and he did not return any of my phone calls. Finally he did call and said he would come out on 8/6/12 and did part of the back yard but the whole back yard need to be done. On 8/30/12 I called he back and said lawn was not coming in. I called he many times after that and he did not return my phone call till 10/11/12 and said he would touch up in the spring. On 4/27/13 I called him and he said he would be here 4/29/13 to redo. I called him at least 10 times before he returned my phone call on 7/8/13. On 7/12/13 he came and re did part of the lawn but not all of it. The whole lawn needed to be re done. There was nothing there but very little grass, lots of weeds, bare ground and looked terrible. On 4/30/14 called him and told him I had no lawn. He said he would meet me at my house to look at it on 5/1/14 he didn't show up. I called him on 5/1/14 and he said he was going to bring another person out to look at it around 5/15/14. On 5/15/14 he didn't show up so I called him and he said he would bring the person out around 5/24/14 because it was rainy. No one showed up. Doug was always trying to make excesses that it was to shady, I didn't water it right ( I had a sprinkler system) the soil was no good I didn't fertilize enough. I had my soil tested by MSU and they said the soil was good and I should use 19-19-19 which I did. Long story short, I left voice mail messages to him from 5/15/14 to 6/10/14 about 10 of them and he never returned my phone calls. On 9/8/14 I took him to small claims court and got some of my money back but not nearly enough.
