Description of Work: The owner of the company came to the site immediately when I called and cleared an outside drain from a condominium building. He had all of the right tools with him to remove the manhole cover and to clear the drain. He made quick work of my problem which could have been much more serious if he hadn't responded so quickly. I like his attitude and responsiveness. He knows what he is doing and I will have him do work for me in the future.

Description of Work: When trying to contact him for service he was rude and condisending. When asked to come look at our plumbing he tried to pawn it back off on my husband. He pretty much refused the job right over the phone without even coming to look at it. Not impressed.
