LARK Lawn & Garden, Inc. was established in 1974 in Traverse City, MI. It has grown from a small specialty shop to the largest multi-line dealer in Northern Michigan. LARK prides itself on its customer service - we know how important it is to be taken care of and to have someone you can trust. Our Parts Department is staffed by experienced professionals that want to make sure you get the right part at the right time at a fair price. Not only can our team answer your questions intelligently, but they will also help you find the parts you need. In July of 2004, we Celebrated our 30th year by opening a second location in downtown Cadillac, MI. In 2010 we expanded to internet sales as LARKSPARTS.com where we offer parts schematics for multiple brands including Ariens, Gravely, Simplicity, Billy Goat, Husqvarna, MTD, Snapper Pro, Snapper, Kohler, Kawasaki, Tecumseh, Troy Bilt, LCT, and Briggs. We also offer Stihl parts and equipment.

Description of Work: I have reliability problem w/ the machine, I wanted a refund or in-field repair, an argument ensued and I resorted to calling my credit card company. The manager claims that the problem is my fault and grants no returns. I take responsibility for share of the argument, but the manager was extremely rude over the phone. I'll not do business w/ Lake and Lawn again. I'll sell the tractor for a loss and go w/ a reliable company.

I dropped the saw off on November 09, 2012 for repair. Parts orders are delayed as all are funnelled through the Traverse City facility. When I called the Traverse City facility and questioned why it took so long to get the part, I was told if I didn't like the service to go elsewhere by the owner. I will!
Description of Work: I dropped off my chainsaw for repair (replacement of the chain brake handle) on 11/9/2012.
