The last cleaning I had from them was on the 7th of May and I was shocked at how poorly my house was cleaned. The first thing I saw was that whatever they used to clean my kitchen floor left a horrible smeary mess. The blanket that was in a heap on the couch was still there, not folded and put on the back of the couch. The throw I have over one chair (because of my dog) was not straightened. There was dog hair along several baseboards where I have pointed out in the past to watch for. They did the cleaning while I was out of the house and for a house the size of mine, it should NOT have taken less than two hours to clean well. I came back home within an hour and they were already heading away from the house. When I called the office and asked for the woman I had originally dealt with several years ago, I was told she was no longer with Molly Maid. I was NEVER told there was a change of ownership. The company always offers to have the team come back out if there are problems, but there was no way I wanted them to return, if they couldn't do it right the first time. I asked if they could find out what it was that the team used on my floors and they said they would and call me back. I have not heard back from them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve had a variety of different ones coming in here and it really didn’t click. I finally asked for a particular person whom I knew was exceptionally good. I got her and she is excellent. They come every two weeks. I spend about $70 every two weeks. On my experience, it depends on the individual that I have seen at my home. There was a time when I was going to leave as they didn’t get me whom I asked for. I like that company because they are bonded and there is always going to be someone who shows up. On the price it also depends on the size of the house. The quality is of service is very good now. They are punctual, they are supposed to come at 12:30 but if they have cancellations they’ll show up on my door step at 8:30 which I’m not pleased with and without calling. If they do change their time, I would like a call and I have told them that before. The cleaning ladies are excellent; I think the office could improve on that a little bit. I am really very happy with ones I have now.

I heard of them through my neighbors. I am not hundred percent satisfied with them. They come every other week on a Tuesday. They send two people and if they are really busy and need to get things done faster they send three. They do a fairly good job. They do not clean the way I would clean. They will not clean my cabinets as they do not want to be responsible for anything in it. They perform their work quickly and sometimes I find certain things that they miss out on. They have too many jobs to perform in a day and that’s why they cannot take the time to be precise. The price is worth it as I am paying for two people. They vacuum very well. They do a pretty good job on the bathrooms. They are always on time. They are friendly and nice ladies. I would use them again in the future.
