The guys at absolute took care of me very quickly, great group of guys honest and very knowledgeable, they did great work very clean and professional a real pleasure to have in my home 100% satisfied with the work they have completed.

The person who was supposed to come on the date set did not show up that day and did not call or text me that he was not coming. What an inconvenience and disappointment. I had to track him down! Then when he did come on the second appointment, he brought no tools with him and really did not know how to fix my gas fireplace. I had to supply a tarp, and a way to wash off his hands after handling the logs…he had no gloves. He made a mess. He even recommended another company to fix my fireplace. That will definitely not happen. There was no follow up afterward . I was so disappointed and I wasted my money. Do not put him on your recommendation list. He is definitely not a professional.

Eli was great! He cleaned 2 wood burning fireplaces and capped the chimney. Communicated well with me. He thoroughly inspected it all and fixed cracks where needed to ensure everything safe and sound. Fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Eli is a joy to work with. Communicated well. He did the job for 1/3 of the cost of the company that discovered the problem. I will continue to use him for cleaning services. He replaced a rusted chimney cap for us, and caulked some cracks in the firewall of our fire place. Highly recommend him.

Suggested a simple DIY repair for 2 chimney crowns that he wasn't working on . This was above and beyond!

After dealing with another contractor which insisted that the only solution to our issue was to break out the flue tiles, line the chimney and install a new smaller wood stove, Eli from Absolute Chimney proposed â PCRâ treatment of our chimney to address heavy creosote glazing. Three treatments later, we had a chimney that was clean as a whistle, no liner needed, & no new stove necessary. We are ecstatic with the results (and huge cost savings). Eli was knowledgeable, helpful and really committed to helping us. Weâ ll be a return customer without a doubt!

Very Professional

Talked to a number of chimney & mason pros and selected Absolute based on availability and price to rebuild a chimney. Biggest challenge was matching custom bricks that we had that are no longer made. They were very creative in their approach to create a match appearance and the masonry work was exceptional. (I had someone else do some minor repairs a few years ago and job was amateurish). These guys have the experience, talent and tools to get the job done right. I would hire them anytime.

Excellent service. The man that came to clean our wood stove took the time to teach us things about safety and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He was very clean with his work also. We have found a new Chimney company for sure!!!

Eli had some free time the following day and managed to squeeze in a cleaning & inspection. One of the kindest and smartest contractors I have dealt with in a while. If I have another chimney, Iâ ll be hiring Eli & his team again.

Absolute Chimney was very responsive and provided a quick and detailed assessment of my chimneysâ condition, both inside and out. They were careful with my things, and left everything extremely clean. In addition, Absolute Chimney not only pointed out that my gutters were getting full, they took the time to clean them out for me! Very customer-focused and professional. Highly recommend.

We were told our custom 1970s stone fireplace with a hole in the fire box was a tear out by companies who sell fireplaces and fireboxes, and this is a $20k -no exaggerating $20k- fix if we wanted to replace the enormous fire place in our home. We had some buyers remorse for this home at that point because no service was available for a tear out either unless they also did the rebuild work so removing it wasn't an option. We have been stuck for years without use the of a large fixure. We thought a repair might be a short term solution and it ended up being a long term solution and with repairs we are LOVING the fireplace experience. The repairs are beautiful. I plan to finish the rest of the fire box next season.
