After discussion, it was decided not to proceed with the original coupon at which time they cordially offered a coupon refund with instruction on how to initiate that process. Very professional.

They called the next day were very nice. They reviewed an aerial photo and gave me the additional cost with a discount but I couldn't do it. They let me know I could easily get my refund from you.

I decided not to use the Big Deal after speaking with the Service Provider because it was going to cost almost double the amount of the deal due to the size of my lawn.

The first service turned out great. They are very professional and have great follow-up. I have been happy with their service so far.

They did the job. The work was done when I was not at home. He did what I expected him to do and the price was what I expected him to charge. It was a lot cheaper than what I had experienced with others. He did an adequate job. It was an excellent pricing, that is why I picked the service. He called beforehand, so I think the job was done very punctual. I would do it again if I could get it for the same value and the same price.

Instead of helping the problem seemed to get worse. We canceled the service and then recently got emails stating they were restarting our service in the Spring! I understand dealing with moles is complicated. However what they promised was very misleading and the service did nothing. It was money wasted.

It’s good. They came probably middle of October and did lawn service. No additional just the big deal price. They just irrigated my lawn and they left note that they did it. I am happy with the work they done.

The company name is Turf Turf MoleBusters and they offered a groupon for eliminating critters which were making a mess of your lawn, however the groupon did not include dealing with "moles". Their name includes Mole, Misleading.

Difficult time getting in touch with them to perform services and then it was not the service I expected. Would no t use again.

They are excellent. There was no additional cost. I would use this provider again.

It turned out great. I have continuing to use them after the coupon. The amount did not exceed the big deal amount. The price was good. They were punctual. They had people who had come out and done service for me since then they have all been friendly. I have recommended them to couple of people actually. The owner has responded to emails and all my questions. They are professional and talked me through what he was doing and gave me some pointers on the lawn and didn't unsolicited advice and did a great job. I would use them again in the future.

Advertised a core aeration service through Angie's List for my area. I purchased the service. After MANY weeks of phone calls -- they told ne they do not service my area -- too far away from their Grand Rapids location. I received no service. after having to fill out forms (why is that necessary?) I did receive a rebate/credit from Angie's List after several more weeks of effort. Who's fault -- Angie's List or Tuff Turf Molebusters - I'm not sure -- but it certainly soured me on using Angie's List again in the future, which I had enjoyed using prior to this episode.

It was okay. I have a very peculiar lawn and he couldn’t really do much with it. I got a lot of stones and stuff. It didn’t work out too well. It was worth the price but it’s not something I would do again.

My conversations with them were pleasant and efficient. They arrived on time and did a good job aerating my lawn.

They did a great job and within a few days of treatment I noticed the weeds dying off in my yard. There have also been fewer bugs in the house. They were wonderful with scheduling and answered any questions I had in person and via phone promptly and professionally. Will use again!

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and the service was fine. The only thing that I wasn't pleased with, was that they told me that they would come out on a certain day, and they didn't show up until 2 days later. They didn't call to say they weren't coming.

I was not home when the service was done. The aeration seemed to be fine. The people I spoke to on the phone were very pleasant.

They called to set up the appointment and worked with us on a date due to some work we were having done on the yard. Friendly and efficient. Gave us some good advise too!

They did a very good job. They are a little weak on communications.

It went well at the time. However, in the long term, it did not hold. We may try again in the spring.
