Tuff Turf Molebusters

My experience was good. They always left a written a report of what they found and what they were doing. So far, the lawn looks good.

OK--didn't really notice much in the way of cores removed--maybe the grass was too thick.

The machine was too large for my small irregular shaped lawn, and also could not manage on the one hill I had. As a result the actual aeration missed all of the edges of the lawn and did not cover very well. This was a riding machine and what needed to be used should of been smaller to be more accurate and pull plugs of dirt versus a rotating grate that did not work very well. Although responsive in initial contact, was hard to get date scheduled, I had to contact multiple times and then was assigned a date that did not work with my schedule, I was able to adjust; but I'm the one who had to adjust when I asked it could be a day later or earlier I was told no. The person who did the work was very nice, but I would not use this service again as the machine was not suited to my small lawn.

My lawn was too large for the deal so they wouldn't honor it. I asked for a refund. It would have been nice for the lawn size to be included in the fine print of the deal.

Delivered exactly what they promised. Very professional. Kept me informed leading up to the day of service and answered all my questions.

I never would have found Tuff Turf Molebusters without Angies list. Not sure their corporate name would have drawn me to them for general lawn feeding. However, they had a promotion on Angie's list and I decided to give them a try. Overall, I obtained good results. By the end of the season the grass was much greener and fuller than it had been in years. There were a couple of occasions where I needed to consult with Tuff Turf and they were always cordial and professional. I will definitely be using them again next season.

Purchased a "big deal" from them based on a promotional campaign from Angie's List. Performed the service as promised. Loved the communication from the company with their calls to confirm days of service to the information left by the technicians when they were done letting me what was applied and what it was expected to do. Lawn looks great!

This was a Big Deal offered by Angie's List. Tuff Turf Molebusters contacted me immediately once I signed up and paid through Paypal. The asked me a few questions to make sure I didn't have an invisible fence or lawn sprinklers and any other miscellaneous hidden items they may encounter. They also inquired if I had a fenced in yard and the width of the gate entrance for their machine. They were very thorough with their questions and explanations, which made me feel comfortable as I was not able to be there when the service was performed. They explained they will text and email me one week prior to the service and then again the day before the service. They did do that and explained everything again through the emails. They even provided me an alternate date if weather prohibited them from coming on the original date. They even provided me a picture of the tech they were sending out. Tuff Turn Molebusters were there the day they said they would be and I could see the results when I got home. However there was no mess on the sidewalks or drive, it was all contained in the lawn. Very professional and easy to work with. They did what I hired them to do and it certainly was a deal at $47. Should I ever need any of their other services, I would definitely give them a call.

The moles were initially removed in June. I noticed the moles were back in August. I called them to see what they could do and let them know that it seems like such a short turnaround and a waste of money to remove them for 2 months. I was told I should have put down a border repellent afterwards. I was never told I should do that. When I asked what they could do for me, it was suggested I pay another $275 to restart the program or take care of it myself. What a waste of money!

I didn't end up being able to use it because, it turns out that, I am outside of their service area. However,Tuff Turf did reach out to me quickly and let me know about this.

Everything went very well. after ordering the service I talked to my lawn guy and he said I should not do the this service in august as it wouldn't do any good wait until fall. I decided to cancelled the order. I called tuff turf mole buster and they were very nice about my canceling the order. the told me I had to call angle's list to receive my refund.

They were great, very good. I called them and talked to them this morning after they had messaged me. They were very nice and had no qualms about canceling the order. I just decided to use my own lawn guy to complete the work instead of the Big Deal.

I did not realized that the deal did not cover the amount of yard I needed done.

Good communication on their schedule and it seems to be effective. Don't see any new mole tunnels any more whereas earlier there were a bunch. The grass has almost recovered.

So far OK--can't determine until all treatments applied.

We have had Tuff Turf Molebusters provide lawn service (fertilizer and weed killer) for several years. Our lawn is always immaculate and they are always responsive to any questions or concerns we have. We also had them spray for mosquitoes last year (using a coupon offer) and we did not have any issues with mosquitoes for the rest of the summer. We will probably have them do an aeration later this summer as the lawn could use it. Overall, we appreciate the notifications we get, the ease of access to information, their responsiveness, and true professionalism.

It was fine. They came on time and did what they said they were going to do. The price was good for the service.

Unfortunately, it didn't work in our yard.

They were very professional. They vole repellant worked and the voles are gone. I would have liked a follow up call by them to see if the applications worked. Would definitely use them again.

Everything is going well. It's a 12 week long process. THey come once every other week and check the traps and do a deterrent around the perimeter. we went from 13 traps down to just 1 now. My yard is finally looking better!

The service provider never came to my home to do the estimate, was estimating price from area map online. I decided to look further with another service provider due to this circumstance.

Top marks for timely and professionalism. I would use them again.

Great we had no mosquitoes for the summer, specifically our family reunion of 60 people from all over the country.

The team came on time and finished quickly. we were impressed with their service and the results.

I initally had a bad experience but the manger contacted me and worked really hard to change my opinion. He made sure that I was aware when they were coming to my home to provide service. He made it clear that he wanted my business and that he wanted a quality review. I would use this company again.
