Description of Work: The core aeration performed on my lawn was completed as scheduled. The plugs were not a numerous or deep as other contractors I've used in the past, but the price was right. So....I'm not unhappy with the value of the service.

Description of Work: They aerated my lawn. I would have liked more notice on their time to do work in order to be present for the work. They called late Friday and we had appointments for Monday and couldn't be present. Having said that, they did everything they said they would and more. They aerated some areas they didn't need to, if I was there, I could have saved them some work. They didn't miss any areas and did a very good job.

Description of Work: Apply 6 treatments to lawn. They call/send emails before each treatment to let you know they are coming. $166 of it was special deal for 5,000 sq/ft lawn but my lawn is bigger than normal so he figured out cost to do it.

Our company offers a program, because we know that taking care of moles is not a one time shot. Our program has been molded over the last 20 years into a three pronged approach. We also use toxic bait and a repellent apart from the trapping. We don't judge the success of a program on the number of moles we catch because many will die to bait or be deterred by repellent.

Description of Work: It is hard to say at this time about the quality- as we will be able to say more when the season is over. My husband spoke with them, but they responded very quickly, set a date to come out, and we very efficient. We could have used a little more general information on "what to do" throughout the summer, but then we can also give them a call. They met our expectations. We will use them again if all goes well. Thank you.
