They were very helpful and professional. They even adjusted what I had paid for based on my request because of the type of treatment needed.

They applied weed control and lawn fertilizer. I've never had this type of lawn application before, so I was curious to see the results. I have lots of dandelions in my yard, and a couple of weeks after the application all of them were gone! My lawn appears to be filling in well and is nice and green. The package I purchased also included a Perimeter Pest Control, which was applied a couple of weeks after the fertilizer. I can't tell if that is working because I'm not sure what types of 'pests' it controls! I was impressed to read the history of the company on their website. Being a former Calvin College student myself, I love supporting any business where they employ Calvin grads or especially when the company is started by a Calvin grad. I live west of Paw Paw, MI, so I was extremely happy that they would come all the way out to my location.

The work was good. They called in advance and communicated well.

From start, they could not understand why Angie's list offered a Spring Lawn Aeration special when they do not do spring aeration. They offered me information on how to get a refund, but, I decided to go with their normal summer aeration instead for the same cost. My rating is based on my previous experience with this company.

Great service - they have been very flexible in scheduling around my hectic scheduling. The staff member who applied the treatment was courteous and knowledgeable and answered several questions for me. I will definitely continue to use their services because of their flexibility and results.

Work was performed without disturbing any of by flower beds or plantings and I didn't even notice they were here until I looked out the window - meaning they won't upset your neighbors with noise. Results were great - much better then renting and wrangling with a power aerator (which I've done - my garage still bears the scar from forgetting which control was forward and which was reverse). Courteous and knowledgeable - I will continue to use their services.

2 weeks later they removed all of the traps which had caught 2 moles, and once again bated paths, put repellent around the exterior of the yard. I called them with questions, and they couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy. They will continue to check my yard for 6 weeks.

So far so good. They were pleasant over the phone and answered all my questions. They provided me with an invoice via email promptly after I scheduled. They called and emailed the day before they came out. It was raining on and off but they still managed to perform services. The only issue I had was they didn't provide a time frame when I originally contacted them and I forgot to ask, but they responded to my email right away. I look forward to seeing how well there products work.

I was not present at the time of the job. So really can't comment on the punctuality of the person. I spoke with office staff. They were very cordial and professional. The job was for $40 or so for a 5000 sq ft yawn (got to read the fine print). Its a little more for a bigger lawn. I had near 9000 sq ft. They take a aerial picture to verify. Mine was outdated and I had to call to tell to them the exact sq footage since the picture did not include my landscape beds, deck, playgorund etc. They were willing to work with you. My wife said the lady came and did a good job. I thought it was a decent. Even with the extra price, the deal was quite good. Normally its around $60 to rent a lawn aerator from Home Depot. But moving that 400lb machine is a pain. Glad I gave somebody else the extra $10 to save the hassle of moving the machine, aerating the lawn, cleaning it, and returning it to the store. Overall, pretty happy with it.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff. Everyone I e-mailed or talked to was great. I bought this deal for both my yard and my sister's. they were great about scheduling and explaining what to expect. I was pretty happy with their work but my husband and my sister felt the plug size removed could have been bigger and there were places in our yard where the ground was too hard for the machine to get good plugs out. I would recommend this company based on how much I liked dealing with them.

My lawn was larger than the area stipulated in the promotion, so the company said it would aerate the additional space for another fee. However, they refused to return even though I agreed to pay the additional fee. Ultimately, they were very unprofessional, and I will not use them again.

Everything went well. They did the work as promised, and we have no complaints. I can't grade "professionalism" since I wasn't here when they did the work.

I purchased a sale priced core aeration offer from Tuff Turf Molebusters through Angie's List. I received a purchase confirmation email from Tuff Turf in about a day, with information about the services to be performed and asking for necessary details about our yard. Due to the promotion, they were scheduling a couple weeks out and provided prompt, detailed updates about when they would perform the service. They performed the aeration on schedule. Due to the late fall service date and the fact I was out of town on business during that week, most of their work was covered with leaves when I arrived home. From what I could see, they did a complete and satisfactory job.

The firm was very professional contacting us well in advance to make sure we understood what we needed to do in advance of their service and what they would be doing for our lawn. They were very prompt in their service and cleaned up any dirt that may have been kicked up on sidewalks or driveway.

I have used Tuff Turf for 5 years and I'm very happy with the service and quality they provide. They always call 3-5 days prior to service visits and also provide alternate dates. I plan to use them again next year.

I was pleased with the overall results and the professionalism of the staff. I certainly will seek this company for projects in the future.

The Core Aeration service is based on square footage of lawn being treated, and is measured by web based aerial photography. I was surprised to find out my lawn was so big. Tammy said "most people are amazed at the actual square footage". I did question the area since my garden was not indicated in the photo that was used and was thereby counted as lawn area. I was given $2. off for that. I pointed out that the neighbors tree was shown inside my property line, indicating the line may not be correct. The price was not adjusted any further. The dirt plugs removed from the lawn measured 1" - 1.5". I had expected a deeper treatment. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

I felt that my request for a different day to aerate the lawn was reasonable and their refusal to provide an alternate date this fall was a critical indication that "Customer Service" was not a high priority for Turf T Mole Busters. Regardless of the promotional price, quality service is one of my important measures when deciding to select a company which I will pay for their services or products.

Whenever i hire a contractor I am at the house when the work is performed. However, they did not feel that was necessary. I took the entire day off, around 2:30 p.m. I got a call saying if they did not show up that day, they would arrive the next. Approximately 45 minutes later here comes a worker on the machine, that I did not thing dug deep enough into the ground. I barely touched the front end of my yard, which is were it needed it most due to the dry season this past summer.

Not a lot to describe. The company did what they were supposed to do. They were especially good contacting me for when the service would be done.

Fast service, excellent price, and a job well done.

This deal was fantastic for getting rid of the chipmunks and voles of our yard. We can see a difference in the lawn tunnels.
