+ -1 moreScott answered his phone whenever I called. I requested a quote. Over several months I called again, and again. He always said " I'll get out there this week", .....Finally Scott said he had gone by the property and would get me the quote. Repeated phone calls were replied to with "I'll get it to you by Friday ,....... or Monday". But never did. Scott never once returned a phone call or email or followed up in any way.
Description of Work: I needed a septic tank and drain field installed on a rental property.

+ -1 moreTubergen preformed the work within 48 hours of my call. He was responsive on the telephone. The staff were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up the dirt they excavated in the process. They worked with the City of Grand Rapids to change the line out to the road as well. I couldn't be happier with their work.
Description of Work: I had two sags in my sewer line and it was backing up in my basement.
