They are punctual, they do a really good job. I had a maintenance program and they were very helpful in extending it because I hadn't used all of the services. I had 3 rooms cleaned.

They did exactly as they stated they would do. All heating vents, cold air returns, and duct work were cleaned out. They also wiped down everything once they were done.

I live in a 70-year-old home, and it's not easy access to do some of the ductwork. They were polite, on time, and went about their business. They worked hard and did an excellent job. They were respectful of my existing environment. I think they had to be particularly careful because they were cleaning the ductwork. What I paid was what the quote was. I would recommend them.

I am not a believer in carpet cleaning. It looks great when you need to sell your house. Having the carpets cleaned makes the house look really beautiful for about a month. But as soon as the temperature starts to rise and the house gets humid again within a month or two, most of the issues you have had before starts to come back. I would not have a professional carpet cleaner come in and do my house again. Nothing wrong with Stanley Steemer, I would not have it done by anybody. I would rather replace the carpeting after 6 to 7 years. That is my belief on it. Or change my floor to wood and tile and give up the carpeting. Nothing against Stanley Steemer, they did a fine job at a fair price. My own personal experience with carpet cleaning is one that it does not last long enough to make worth the money. I did not know Stanley Steemer did grout cleaning on tile until they came. If you issues with grout they come do it with the machines. It might take you a day or two to do it by hand by yourself; they can knock it off in an hour and half. They have a machine that is designed to do it. This machines shoots steam in a narrow band similar size to grout line on tile. Then it suctions back up the moisture that condenses from the steam in the similar manner. So they go line by line super fast which would take you hours and may be even days to do. I did not know that they did it and it was helpful for me. That piece of their I would do again. They did good solid job.

They are excellent. The stain had been there for two years. Last time, a guy cleaned the carpet, and he couldn't get it out; but I didn't tell him anything. This time the guy who came out removed the stain. I called them and said I would recommend this guy all the time. I liked him. Lot of people I know gets, Stanley Steemer once a year. They are really good.

They were very good. They are very efficient. They come in do what they are supposed to and do a good job. I would recommend them to anyone. They are reasonably priced.

The men arrived and greeted us and our puppy in a friendly manner. They came in, walked thro to assess the size, condition, etc. Went back out, got their equipment and did a thorough job. They honored the written estimates we had been given to the penny, we paid the bill, and they politely packed up their equipment and left.

They sold me on the hardwood floor cleaning after offering a demonstration. They look amazing and I'm very happy I opted for the service. The technicians were very young but extremely professional and experienced. I will definitely call them again.

Stanley Steemer of Byron Center did EXACTLY as they said they would. They called ahead several days to confirm my appointment and also as a reminder, then called the day of the service. Don and Dan were two very amiable and professional guys who did the work. They called to see if they could come by early which worked out well for me. They were thorough and efficient. One of them inspected all the rugs for pet stains and treated them first before the big clean job. I had a lot of area to cover and they were in and out in about an hour, maybe less (our furniture wasn't moved in yet). One thing that impressed me was this device they used to keep the cold air from escaping from the house as they ran the cleaner from their truck to the rooms. Very smart and very thoughtful, plus it saved me a few bucks on my heating bill. They offered some additional services of which I accepted one, which did raise the price some, but I felt it was worth it, and will consider other services/products in the future if I feel I need them and my wife agrees of course! If I ever need work again on my carpets I will be calling this company only. I went with them because they had the best reviews on Angie's List and we are very new in the area, so we have few people to get opinions from. Thank you Angie, you haven't steered us wrong yet!

They came when promised and did a very good job cleaning our carpets. There were quite a few stains on the carpet and they took great care in trying to remove them. I was very pleased.

The carpet actually looks like they put dirt into it. I don't understand how it's worse off. I will be contacting them to hopefully resolve this. They were polite, but I would not use them in the future.

I just bought a new home and the previous owner laid carpet but it was ill-fitted and looked very sloppy. The carpet guys from Stanley Steemer properly stretched the carpet throughout the entire house - it looked like brand new when they were finished! Fantastic work; only drawback was the guys smelled of smoke and kept trying to sell me additional services and products which I really didn't want or need.
