The overall experience was very poor. After damage caused by an ice dam our insurance company gave us this companies name to do the repairs. Overall we were extremely disappointed and frustrated with our experience. Communication was extremely poor. and subcontractors were not chosen well by this company. The quality of work was average at best in our opinion and there was very little oversight by the actual company of their subcontracted work. I would NOT recommend them due to our overall experience. I wish we would have just taken the insurance check and found somebody else to help us out. While I hesitate to write such a negative review, this was our personal experience and we will never use this company again. I hope others have had better experiences.

Description of Work: They were hired by our insurance company to tear down our garage. They did not pull demolition permits from township, they also just took a backhoe and hardly cut away garage from the house causing more damage.

Everything went well. We hit a snag with getting bathtub done and with how much the insurance would allow for wallpaper, but Rainbow covered that, and the bathtub eventually got done. These guys wanted to do everything right, but when insurance slowed down the process I don't think they knew what to do. And that slowed them down. But I'd work with them again, nice people!
Description of Work: Repaired damage from water pipe break - new wallpaper, tub repair, floor repair, clean up and dry out damaged area.

After the heavy rains, all the restoration businesses were totally booked. These guys were working with my neighbor and I asked if they could just take a quick look at my basement to see if drywall would need to be replaced. They didn't charge me to look around for about 30 minutes to confirm their thoughts on it. They were absolutely professional, etc., when I later came back to them and I informed them I found someone who could do the work sooner (with water, time is of the essence, and unfortunately, they too were already so booked that they could not get to the work until a couple of weeks out). They are doing a great job for my neighbor and I would use them again but for the timing issue which isn't their fault.
Description of Work: Reviewed the damage to the basement from 2" of water for 36 hours (from heavy rains in West Michigan) and presented an estimate.
